Fantastic location, great appartment, super host

Lovely stay here with our kids. Awesome unique pool. Huge garden. Paolo is a fantastic host, super attentive and available and very kind. We felt very free here, even to swim at night! Everything we needed was in the appartment and in great working order. Aircons, fridge & freezer, free parking, etc. Even some coffee to get us started. We will come back here if we travel to this area again.

Fantastic

We have been here for 9 nights and it can definitely be recommended.Antonella and Paolo are really good hosts. Very helpful with everything. Recommends restaurants and vineyards. Parking inside the gate. A large and beautiful garden where our dog could run free to play.And an absolutely fantastic pool that we spent a lot of time in.The apartment we were in was perfect for us with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Large bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. There was also a nice barbecue area which we used. If you are looking for a fantastic holiday by Lake Garda we can definitely recommend GioiaSulGarda.

Beautiful, chill, well-located spot with the perfect host

Wonderful apartment, well equipped and a good size. Huge garden with plenty of shade and a great pool. 700m from a small but uncrowded public beach with a bar, and close to supermarkets. The best thing, though, was our host Paolo, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was always ready to help.

Paolo: we would give 10/10 just for you alone, but we just took off one little overall point because the sofa bed was creaky and a bit uncomfortable and none of us could sleep too well on it. Otherwise we loved everything else and it wouldn’t stop us coming back!!

This perfect place is soooo underrated. You will love it!

This place was great! It is perfectly situated between Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione. The apartment was one flight up the stairs and there was parking on site. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook or heat up a meal. There is a lovely balcony which looks onto the lake. We brought a small dog and he had a lot of room to run around in the backyard without fear of him escaping. The photos do NOT do this place justice. We were so happy to have chosen to stay here and will definitely return as soon as possible. You will not regret staying here and meeting Paolo and Antonella and Marco.

Relaxing stay with a view

The appartment was big with an awesome view at the lake Garda. We liked the closed Garden where our dog could play and we had a private entry to the appartment and a free, enclosed place to park our car.

Perfect location. Sirmione and othet interesting sights are easily accessible from here. The host is very kind and he gave us all necessary information, in addition he prepared some drinks and snacks before our arrival. The place is tidy and clean. We had enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids. We stayed there 2 nights but I wish we could stay longer. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners, Paolo and his wife, were very friendly and surprised us upon arrival with a welcome pack! As for the accommodation itself, everything was in perfect order, the equipment was sufficient. Personally, I was also pleased with the high-quality wifi connection, which allowed me to work and handle a few video meetings. Due to the date of our visit, we unfortunately did not use the sitting in the garden with fireplace and pool ... maybe next time :)

Great flat!

Everything was great. The flat is super well equipped, there is a vacuum cleaner, a dish washer and a washing machine available. Also enough for cooking and so on. There is also a nice garden with a pool, that we didn't use much as we preferred going to the lake. Paolo is also super nice and available per WhatsApp if you need, besides leaving basic food and drink for the arrival. We consider coming back, for sure!! Punta Gro is an amazing place for kids, 20 minutes walk away. Wine tasting is also not far.

If you don't have a car you need to use the bus line between Brescia and Verona to move around the villages of Garda.

Guardare le stelle a mezzanotte sdraiati in piscina...nn ha prezzo. Appartamento è bel spazioso, c'è tutto che serve per passare due settimane Terrazza, parcheggio, giardino. Stavamo bene a casa vostra 👌 Antonella,la prossima volta ti faccio capelli come i miei 😉

Purtroppo sofa nel salotto fa molti rumori quando uno si gira ,dormire e nn muoversi è difficile 🙈🤣La spiaggia piu vicina nn è bella. Consiglio di andare meglio a Lazise o Bardolino.

Gospodarz Paolo to człowiek o wielkim sercu. Zadbał o wszystko, aby nasz pobyt był wyjątkowy. Apartamenty czyste, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba. Duży ogród z wspaniałym basenem, który posiada hydromasaż i podświetlenie. Idealny dla dzieciaków. Bardzo dobry kontakt i pomoc na każdym kroku.

Fantastisch

Een mooi ruim appartement met terras en een mooie grote tuin met zwembad. Als je 1 stap binnen zet heb je al een wow momentje, zo mooi, zo compleet en zo ruim. Genoeg schaduwplekken en veel ruimte voor onze viervoeter. Een mooie ruime badkamer met douche en toilet. In de slaapkamer genoeg ruimte om al je kleding en koffers kwijt te kunnen. Je kunt zelfs een wasmachine gebruiken. Afval wordt gesorteerd, dus ook goed voor het milieu. De ligging is fantastisch vlak bij de nieuw aangelegde fietspaden. De auto kan op eigen terrein achter een afgesloten poort geparkeerd worden, die kun je met afstandsbediening bedienen. Het is echt een luxe om hier te verblijven. Alles erop en eraan, de keuken is ook van alle luxe voorzien. Een uiterst vriendelijke gastheer die altijd voor je klaar staat. Dit is het beste verblijf ooit dat wij geboekt hebben.

Der Gardasee und seine Umgebung hat eine besondere Faszination, man möchte oft wiederkommen.

Wir haben eine tolle Urlaubswoche dort verbracht, der Blick vom Balkon über den Gardasee nach Bardolino war ein Highlight, großzügiger Garten u Grillplatz zur freien Verfügung, Parkplatz mit automatischem Tor auf dem Grundstück. Paolo jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, mit Restaurant Empfehlung oder erreichbaren Weingütern in der Nähe ect. Der Ort Peschiera auch absolut sehenswert. Das ital. Flair hat uns sofort gefallen. Wir würden gerne wieder hierher kommen und auch die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ich hätte lieber einen Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer statt offener Regale und einen länglichen Spiegel, dies ist nur meine persönliche Anmerkung, keine Kritik, es war alles zweckmäßig.

Schöner Urlaub in den Osterferien!

Die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut. Alles was man benötigt ist da. Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Kaffeemaschine! Schöner großer Garten. Wir hatten die EG Wohnung, mit Ausgang in den Garten. Es wird ein Pool angelegt im Garten, die nächsten Gäste können sich also drauf freuen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kontakt über Signal Problemlos und schnell.

Das Haus liegt direkt an der Straße, also hört man schon die Autos. Die Matratze auf der Couch ist etwas dünn, die Kids hat’s aber nicht gestört☺️man kennt es schon von etlichen Italien Urlauben.

Für einen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt von 2 Erwachsenen (auch mit Kind) bestens geeignet

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Nähe des südlichen Ufers des Gardasees. Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig und ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage und allem, was man für die eigene Versorgung braucht. Es gibt eine Tereasse mit einem sehr großen Garten, in dem ein kleiner Pool erst kürzlich angelegt wurde. Mehrere Supermärkte und ein paar Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe und sind am besten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Gute Verkehrsanbindung - es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Von dort ist Verona bequem und kostengünstig mit dem Bus erreichbar. Sehr, sehr nette und hilfreiche Vermieter.

Die Lichtschalter in der Wohnung sind etwas seltsam angeordnet - war aber kein allzu großes Problem. Leider befand sich in der Wohnung kein Bügeleisen, ansonsten war aber alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Vorhandenes WLAN ist leider etwas leistungsschwach. Waschmaschine muss mit anderen Gästen geteilt werden. Das war bei unserem Aufenthalt kein Problem, könnte jedoch bei Vollbelegung der Unterkunft zu Engpässen führen.
