A terrific studio apartment in a great part of town.
A quite roomy little studio , very light and modern, up one interior flight of stairs and with a private covered carport in the backyard. A good bathroom with great hot water in the shower (no bath) and a vanity area with room for storage of shaving kits & cosmetics. A hairdryer was supplied. The kitchen area is good although we were out most of the time, so really only used the fridge. There was a large table & chairs in the room, with ease of movement around. The couch seated the two of us easily. The apartment was very close to a number of restaurants and cafes, pizzerie and patisseries. There was also an above-ground swimming pool but as we were there in October we didn't use it. It's an easy 5 minute walk down to the Lake, with a coffee shop/bar right there. You need to coordinate your timing with the Landlord to open the automatic gate, so that you can offload your luggage right at the apartment - there is no room to park in the street itself as it's quite narrow - although motorhomes seem to navigate it ok.
Whilst the private parking at the property is fabulous, there's an awkward curve in the narrow street which means backing out can be a trifle hazardous, but once you're aware of it, it's not a problem - and if you have a smaller car you could probably do a 3-point turn in the back area where the carports are.

Super Lage - nur max. 5 Minuten zum See. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sehr nette Vermieter. Super hundefreundlich. Grundstück komplett eingezäunt und für Hundefreilauf super geeignet. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt. Das Apartment ist neu ausgestattet und befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt einen Pool, Grill und zwei Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück . Die Unterkunft ist nur 4 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Vielen Dank an Felipe für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Cazare realmente excelent.
Apartamentul este situat intr o zona frumoasa, cu foarte multe restaurante in apropiere. Am avut o surpriza extraordinar de plăcută și am gasit un apartament extrem de frumos și de curat. Aranjat cu mult bun gust, deosebit, a fost perfect pentru familia noastră. Prosoape impecabile, lenjerie curată și de buna calitate, patul confortabil, liniște…tot ce v ați putea dori după o zi agitată în Gardaland. Ne a plăcut și faptul ca am putut parca mașina în curte, unde mai exista și un grătar și o piscină pentru doritori. Ne ar fi plăcut să rămânem mai mult, chiar merita cele 5 stele.
