הדירה היתה נהדרת, נקיה, קומה שניה במדרגות, הקשר עם פאולו היה מעולה, כולל הדרכה איך לקבל את המפתחות למרות שהגענו ב2 לפנות בוקר, כולל המלצות למקומות ומסעדות, חניה שמורה שזה מעולה, קרוב מאוד לחוף קפוציני, שם יש גם סירות לנהיגה עצמית וחוף ים במרחק הליכה, מיקום מעולה, מטבח מאובזר עם כיריים אינדוקציה, מיקרוגל מדיח כלים מקרר מכונת קפה וקומקום.
פאולו באמת עושה את המקסימום, המקום מטופח.

Very new and clean, spacious, well equipped with all you may need.
All windows look to construction sites, with a very noisy environment starts from 7:30 am (no way to sleep more), thus there’s no possibility to use this facility from very morning till the evening. Summer 2023.
