Very nice apartman at the best location

The location was perfect, 3 minutes from the bus station which goes to Gardaland. The pool area was also clean and nice. The flat has two floor, very spacious. Well equiped.

Highly recommended for families!

Check-in was super simple, and the apartment is simply amazing—modern and very clean! It’s located in a great area, close to the station and just a 5-minute walk to Peschiera city center. A big plus was the air conditioning in every room, two bathrooms, laundry facilities, and the swimming pool. Highly recommended for families!

Uncaring and lazy owners made entry into the apartment a huge problem. Not well appointed apartment.

The apartment was clean.

Uncaring and irresponsible owners. This is an apartment with remote/autonymous entry which was not explained when I rented. I sent many emails trying to change arrival time when the owner finally decided after about a week of messages that the apartment has automymous entry IE, the owners would not need to be there to open the apartment, but we needed information from the owner via text, WHICH I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT AHEAD OF TIME on how exactly to gain access. The owner did not provide the information needed to enter the apartment prior to our arrival. I had no idea how the process was to work as I was told nothing. I wasted 30 minutes frantically trying to figure out how to get in when the owners finally retured my Whatsapp. We had a business dinner which we had no time to prepare for. No apologies, from the owner. My buisness partner and I were left exactly two towels. There was no bedside lamp in the upstairs bedroom making reading in bed, imossible and after turning off the overhead lights, a walk in the dark to find the bed. Very careless.

Superb

It was clean and well equiped with dishes and kitchen electronics. Not sure there was a microwave, but coffee machine and kettle were there. Air conditioning was a great asset!

Absence of Wifi was not great. There was no ironing board/iron.

ottima soluzione per quattro adulti più un bimbo per gita a Gardaland

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento - due coppie e una bimba - in funzione di una visita a Gardaland. L'appartamento era adeguato alle nostre esigenze: arredato con semplicità, al piano di sotto, accanto alla cucina-soggiorno, una stanza da letto con accanto il bagno per una delle due coppie; al piano di sopra un piano-mansarda con letto matrimoniale e lettino per la bimba, più il secondo bagno. Questa suddivisione ha garantito privacy pur nella condivisione dell'alloggio. La pulizia era impeccabile. Utile si è rivelata la vicinanza dell'appartamento alla stazione (pochi minuti a piedi), per la navetta presa al rientro da Gardaland (dove però si può andare, con una passeggiata in piano di circa 20-25 minuti, tranquillamente a piedi, come abbiamo fatto noi al mattino per evitare il notevole traffico). Comodo il parcheggio con box al chiuso, mentre per l'altra auto abbiamo optato per un parcheggio distante pochi minuti a piedi, quindi comunque comodo.

Unici piccoli nei: - abbiamo trovato esclusivamente tre cialde per il caffè, pur essendo in 4 adulti e pernottando due notti; avremmo trovato più opportuna una dotazione completa per il caffè mattutino per tutti e 4, e per entrambi i giorni; - c'era inoltre pochissimo sapone a disposizione e nessun bagnoschiuma/shampoo, per cui abbiamo dovuto provvedere autonomamente a dotarcene; - il cuscino in più nella stanza di sotto (il terzo), pur se presente nell'armadio, non era dotato di federa e dunque non abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo; - il saltarello di uno dei servizi al bagno di sotto necessita di essere aggiustato, così come la porta della doccia, in quanto una delle due ante non scorre alla perfezione: niente di grave, ma va comunque revisionata.

Апартаментът е чист, леглата са удобни , разположението е повече от отлично! Комуникацията със собственика беше лесна и безпроблемна . В банята на първия етаж липсваше тоалетна хартия, течен сапун и кош за отпадъци . В банята на втория етаж липсваше течен сапун . Четейки предишните коментари за липса на санитарни принадлежности , явно не сме първите, на които се случва . Няма да е лошо домакинът да обърне внимание на почистващия персонал, за да превърне красивия си апартамент в едно прекрасно място за настаняване !
