I would give more than 10 if I could 😊 perfect!

The apartment was very clean and very comfortable, with 2 bedrooms and a living room, a very large balcony, a bathroom and a kitchen, even the towels and bed sheets were nice and soft. It is located perfectly with a supermarket, a pharmacy and restaurants in a walking distance and close to all the attractions. All the needed facilities were available within the building- washing machine and a dryer, a very nice swimming pool with a view of the lake and a gym. There is a parking spot as well. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay, nothing was missing, we could cook anything… there’s an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, stove top, and a dishwasher, as well as some additional such as a toaster and more. The building is quiet and well maintained. The neighbourhood feels safe to walk at night. The owner is friendly and made sure we have everything we need for a wonderful stay. I could not recommend enough…

Nicely appointed apartment in a modern building. Pool area on the roof has wonderful panoramic views across the Alps and Lake Garda. The owners were very accommodating as our arrival time changed.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool on the rooftop is great. the view is absolutely amazing. The apartment is in walking distance to stores and the lake. the owners are very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The area of the flat I think is the best for a couple even for a five memeber family who wants to visit the lake Garda and the sorroundings

The flat is amazing. Has everything you need. A proposal is to replace one Tv with a smart tv in order to see something except Italian TV if you have time to watch

Very nice stay with family

- the landlords were super nice and accommodating -the apartment was very clean -the apartment was very well equipped - very modern furnishings - looks the same as in the pictures -very quiet area and most things are within walking distance (dm/takko/lidl/Gardasee/restaurants) thank you very much for the pleasant stay in the apartment, we will see each other again. Ruhige Lage; alle Ausflüge ohne Auto möglich

Die Betreung vor/bei An-/Abreise war sehr freundlich; auch während des Aufenthaltes konnte man immer per Telefon kommunizieren. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hell, moderne Ausstattung, groß, sehr große Terrasse mit extra Markise auf der Ostseite, Klimaanlage voll funktionsfähig und leise; Schöner Pool auf dem Dach; jede Wohnung hat auf dem Dach im angrenzenden Raum einschließbare Liegen. Unser Renault- Megane-Kombi stand sicher in der Tiefgarage ( dort nochmals eigenes Garagentor). Waschmaschine /Trockner im Keller für 2 Euro nutzbar. Bushaltestellen ( z.B. in 30 Minuten bis Verona) und Lidl/DM sind in knapp 10 Minuten zu erreichen; zum See ca. 15 Minuten. Ruhige Wohngegend

Sehr netter Vermieter. Reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe. Saubere FeWo mit guter Ausstattung. Hund Willkommen. Genügend Parkmöglichkeit in der Wohngegend. Die Nähe zu Lidl, Eurospin, DM, Tierbedarf etc. Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine in der FeWo, sehr großer Balkon, Fahrstuhl, Pool

Baubeginn einer Wohnanlage, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Schlafzimmern und Balkon. Mit Lärm- und Staubbelästigung muss in den nächsten Monaten gerechnet werden!!!! Tiefgaragenplatz nur für kleinere Fahrzeuge nutzbar. Balkonmöbel unbequem
