About this villa rental
Spend your vacation with family or friends—and even your dog—in San Benedetto (part of Peschiera del Garda) on Lake Garda, in a beautifully situated private home with on-site parking and exclusive use of the garden just for you. There you’ll find a gazebo surrounded by palm trees (which also provide perfect privacy) and various other plants, a stone grill perfect for barbecuing on balmy summer nights, and lovely sunny spots to relax.
The bedrooms and living room are equipped with high-quality, nearly new air conditioning units (which can be used for cooling, heating, and ventilation),
A freshly renovated bathroom with a washing machine and a large shower, a hair dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator,
a large balcony with a side view of the lake and seating.
One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (1.80 x 1.80 m) and a wardrobe
The other bedroom is furnished with twin beds that you can push apart or together as needed.
All rooms have windows with fly screens.
The detached house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, so there’s no through traffic, and it’s only about 80 m on foot from the lake beach.
Behind the house, there is an outdoor shower and a bicycle for convenient trips to the nearby bakery or grocery stores (Lidl, Eurospin, Tako). The code for the combination lock is kept in the apartment. The owner’s private apartment is on the first floor. If he is there himself, he will not disturb you. He has his own section of the garden and parking space on the other side of the house, and will let you know if he’s around.
The house is fully fenced with fences approximately 1.20 m high, so you can let your children and any dog run freely. Down by the lake, about 100 meters away, you’ll find an excellent pizzeria, café, and bar on the left, as well as restaurants, beach cafés, boat rentals (with motorboats and rowboats), and a fitness park on the right—all on the way to Peschiera del Garda.
