An apartment that has everything you need

This property is in a great location. Quiet. Close to cafes, restaurants, shops, bus stops, the ferry (for summer), 10 min from Conad superstore. 20mins walking to train/5 min taxi. The apartment had everything you needed for cooking. Washing machine included.

I felt the property was outdated. There was no soap on arrival in the bathroom (I have since spoken to the owner).

Great location, close to the city centre

The overall cleanliness is questionable - kitchen utensils and plates are sticky and dirty Beds in the kids room are very uncomfortable There were no kitchen towels nor hand soap

Nice apartment with a great host for the price. Suitable for a longer stay.

The host was very nice and welcoming, and communication went smoothly. The location was convenient, not too far from services and attractions. The tennis court was a nice addition, though the pool was closed during our stay.

There was a very strong scent in the apartment, which was somewhat overwhelming for us. There was no washing detergent for the washing machine and no dishwasher. Cooking was manageable but lacked essential items, such as a proper cutting board.

Nice place!

The apartment is very well located within an eco residence, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. Collecting the keys was a breeze, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Additionally, convenient parking is available. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone seeking convenience and comfort during their stay!

The only downside was the lack of slippers, which would have enhanced the comfort of the stay.

Bring your entire house with you or stay at home

The location is safe and close to the city center (6 min walk). It has a big balcony with a decent view.

No basic necessities: no shower gel, no shampoo, dish sponge, napkins, ash tray, house slippers, bed duvet. Extra dirty: spiders, dust, ants, bugs, some flies. The lights inside are very weak. The furniture was uncomfortable to sit on. Be aware that you need to fill out a form made by the owner and send pictures of your personal documents in order to receive information to enter the apartment.

Wonderful place

Max was a very welcoming and helpful host. Every question we had was answered promptly and he also gave us advice and help during our stay. We would definitely recommend this appartment which was clean, comfortable and very close to the town centre and lake. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Pescheria del Garda.

Perfect Stay at Appartamenti Massimiliano

We really enjoyed our stay at Appartamenti Massimiliano. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was absolutely lovely – perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is great too – just a short and easy walk to the center of Peschiera, with shops, restaurants, and the lake nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous apartment fabulous location

It was super clean and nicely decorated. The ground of the apartment were well kept and quiet. It was in a fabulous location close to all the facilities you need supermarket pharmacy and a short walk to the centre. Walking distance to the train station, for day trips. The pool was fabulous friendly lifeguard clean not busy. Max the host was so kind he send really easy videos to explain picking up keys. He was able to answer any Questions we had and after leaving my jacket behind he kindly helped me get it back. Super service. Thanks Max.

Max is a very nice host. We loved the apartment and pool area and it had nice restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The centre was a short walk away with many places to eat and drink and admire the view.

Location, communication with the owner, and the facilities. Just 5 minutes walk from the lake and plenty restaurants nearby. Warm rooms and fully equipped kitchen.

There were problems with the door knobs from the bathroom and bedroom. The children kept pulling them off and remained stuck.

Clean well equipped appartment. Great location.

We loved the location. Very easy walk to lake and centre. The safety complex. The pool very good and clean. The apartment great size well equipped and very clean. Easy to collect the key with a whats app Video.

The plugs were a little confusing as different adapters needed. He did supply but they didn’t fit all plugs. The lifeguard was strict had to wear swim hats and no floats.

Wonderful relaxing break. Recommended.

Located less than 5 minute walk from centre of Pershiera Del Garda. Small apartment complex so was quite at night. Pool area was very nice and was also quiet during the day so deck chairs and umbrellas were always available. Cost was very competitive and good value. Bus stop 100m away and bus 483 could be used to explore the lakeside villages for about €2. Very regular service.

Overall not much we didn't like. There was an issue with the front door handle (did not affect locking or opening) which Max attended to quickly but apart from that all good.

Great location, good price just very quiet!

Apartment was nice, clean and a good size. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool was a good size and had plenty of sunbeds. The location was amazing, only a few minutes walk from town centre and 10 mins walk to lidl and large supermarket. The host was easy to communicate with over watsapp and quickly answered any queries. Overall good value for money.

You have to wear swimming hats in the pool, not cool! The complex clearly isn't just holiday makers. Lots of locals who live there and consequently you can't really have drinks on the balcony in an evening or they will complain. As a group we are far from "party goers" and just wanted to enjoy a few relaxed drinks in an evening but we were stereotyped as young brits and times were very much exaggerated to make us look "bad guys". Although the host was very understanding and fair in response to the local moaners.

Fabulous apartment, great complex and amazing location

The apartment D16 was very clean and a good size, the kitchen had ample utensils for cooking although an oven would have made life a bit easier but we managed fine. I was a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews but the air con was great, the beds were comfortable.The pool was great and very clean. The apartment was situated fabulously close to the town and also to the lake., both were only a 10min walk if that! We took a bus from just outside to Verona which we bought the tickets from the tobacco shop for half the price that the tourist people wanted. I would highly recommend Apartmenti Massimiliano, Max was really helpful.

Nice well equipped property, clean, lovely pool, great central location.

No negative comments. Aircon unit is only in main living area, so bedroom has no aircon unit. it was hot in July 38-42degrees.

The pool was lovely and well kept. Though there too many rules, including the wearing of swimming hats.

Apartment D16 is close to the road and can be very noisy. It is very shabby and needs complete refurbishment.
