I liked the location because you can walk everywhere. It is also close to Lidl, restaurants, and the swimming pool. This apartment was very good.

There was nothing to dislike, everything was great

Good location, pool, excellent communication from owner and had most of the things we needed

Sofa bed in sitting room was difficult to get comfortable on when using as a sofa. Never needed to use as a bed.

Only problem we had was didn’t receive check-in WhatsApp. This was difficult to get across.

The location is really nice, close to the central place of Peschiera- about 3-5 mins by walk. Quite in general in the property and feel safe with the secure gate. Parking is good. The beds were comfortable. The manager prep well to share check in and out information, and he left the aircon on before our arrival, so the apartment wasn’t boiling hot when we got there. He was quick in reponding any questions.

The appartment is really outdated with kitchen facilities- only two pasta pots(without lids) and two pans for cooking. There were coffee machine, which was helpful. The microwave works okay but the mini oven didn’t really work. Quite many ants were coming in, so we had to get some ants trapes. We reported to the manager and he sent some product, but not very effective. Whenever we visited the pool, our swimsuits became quite yellow and green, and thought it could be the cooper from algaecide so reported to the manager, but he said no one else reported and the pool manager said no issue. But we found it was continued and wasn’t very happy to use the pool. Tv wasn’t working at all. Also you need to bring the swim cap to use the pool- you can purchase from the residence but would have been fair to know in advert then we would have brought out owns. The aircon was on but felt really hot even it was on entire day- we were in the 2nd floor(top) and the aircon was quite outdated. There was a fan so we had to use it together tho. We spent 8 nights, and found quite difficult some sense. The apartment is in a good location but if you want to have a great experience within the residence for cooking and relaxing, it isn’t ideal.
