We were two adults and a child, and the apartment was more than spacious enough for the three of us. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was both air conditioning and a fan, which we really appreciated because it was extremely hot during our stay. The bed was large and comfortable, and the sofa bed was an added bonus. The pool was amazing. The lifeguard is also a resident, and he cleaned the pool every morning while making sure everyone followed the pool rules. The pool area was also very quiet, which we really loved, especially because Peschiera del Garda can get very busy during the summer months. The location was great. It was close to the lake, the town centre, restaurants and cafés. There are also Lidl and Conad supermarkets where you can buy groceries and essentials. They are about a 15-minute walk away, although the walk can be difficult when it’s very hot. If you have a car, they are literally just a 3-minute drive away. The tennis court was another great benefit, as we really wanted to play tennis during our stay. The whole area felt very safe and peaceful. The host was also very flexible with our check-out time, which helped us a lot, especially as it was extremely hot and our flight was not until later in the afternoon. We really appreciated their flexibility and understanding. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

There were a few things that could be improved. Having to collect the keys from another location was quite difficult, especially because it was extremely hot, we were tired after travelling, and we had a child and large pieces of luggage with us. I would advise the host to consider finding another option for check-in. We were told that this was necessary because of the ID check during check-in, but nowadays there are trusted online services that can be used to verify guests’ identities. That said, the host was very kind and offered us a lift to the property, so we didn’t have to struggle too much. Also, because we had paid the deposit by card, we were able to leave the keys at the property when we checked out, which was very convenient. The property definitely needs mosquito nets on the windows. We couldn’t really open the windows during our stay because flies and other insects came in almost immediately. We also had a problem with cockroaches. We found three during our stay, and on one occasion I woke up during the night to use the bathroom and found one on my pillow. I contacted the agency in the morning, and they provided insect spray straight away and sent someone to change the bed linen. I understand that this may not be entirely the property’s fault, as the location and very hot weather can naturally attract insects. However, perhaps some additional precautions could be taken to prevent them from getting inside. It may also be worth arranging professional pest control for the whole residential complex to help eliminate the problem. Despite these issues, the host was very responsive and easy to reach. Whenever we needed anything, they provided it straight away, which we really appreciated.

Lokacija odlična, parking i ceo kompleks je miran i udoban, apartman je sasvaim pristojan i ima sve što je potrebno za boravak kao kod kuće.

Nema posteljine i peškire, što nigde nije navedeno nego mora naknadno da se plate, 17 evra po osobi. Depozit od 100 evra se ostavlja i vraca na kraju boravka, ako je sve ok i to nije navedeno u startu vec tek kad se izvrši rezervacija bez mogućnosti povracaja sredstava. Ključ se preuzima i vraća na drugom kraju grada. Neophodno je razvrstavanje i izbacivanje smeća, što je stvarno super, i za to se dobije detaljno uputstvo, ali nisu obezbeđene ni kese ni specijalne korpe nego se mora u prodavnicu da se kupe kese po uputstvu da bi moglo to da se sprovede. I još jedna mana je nedostatak komarnika, pa uveče nije moguce otvoriti prozor i upaliti svetlo za minut bude puno insekata.
