We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the apartment was very clean and comfortable. There is no main lounge area, however each bedroom has a sofa and a TV. We didn't use them as we preferred to sit at the dining table and enjoy the coffees which our host, Lorenzo, had kindly left. It was extremely hot during our stay but luckily the AC worked a treat and kept us very comfortable . The shower pressure was great and hot water was plentiful. Our towels were lovely, soft and fresh smelling too. Master bed very comfy. Plenty of hanging space and hangers for dresses etc Lorenzo was the perfect host and sent us detailed instructions allowing us to access the apartment with ease. He was on hand to answer any queries straight away. Apartment is on the 3rd floor of a residential block which made it very quiet Be prepared for walking up a few flights to the 3rd floor. We did not find this problem. Peschiera del Garda is a beautiful area and well worth a visit.

Nothing to dislike.

Apartamento amplio, con aire acondicionado y parking. Estuvimos muy cómodos a pesar de los días de ola de calor.

Es un tercero sin ascensor. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta si vas con niños pequeños y sillas o mucho equipaje. Estaría bien que renovase la alcachofa de la ducha.

Die Unterkunft war sauber👍 und zentrumsnah. 👍 Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. 👍 Geschirr und Handtücher das ist alles da, das ist aber auch alles. 👍 Marmelade, Kapseln für Kaffeemaschine, Zwieback👍 👍Klimaanlage auch um zu heizen (es war leider sehr kalt als wir da waren)

👎sehr sehr alt, die Wohnung hatte einen extremen Müffelgeruch (leider auch trotz ständigem lüften), 👎im 3. Stock ohne Lift (nicht ersichtlich in der Beschreibung). 👎Das Mobilar ist sehr sehr alt, auch zusammengewürfelt. Vielleicht riecht es deshalb so müffelig. 👎Im Bad am Spiegelschrank ging das Licht nicht. Schminken war somit sehr schwierig. 👎Schlafzimmer: Die dickere Daunendecke hatte keinen Überzug, somit schläft jeder damit mit direktem Hautkontakt. Es gab darunter ein dünnes Tuch, dass sich natürlich wenn 2 Menschen im Bett darunter befinden, verschiebt. Im Schrank befanden sich auch uralte Decken. Ich bin echt viel unterwegs und auch genügsam. Und ja, Italien-anderer Standard. Aber so kenne ich das nur von ganz ganz früher. Die Fotos sind schon sehr ins rechte Licht gerückt. Wir waren enttäuscht. Freunde von uns hatten auch ein einfaches Appartment gebucht, sah ganz anders aus. Wie hier eine so gute Bewertung zustande kommt ist für mich fraglich.
