very nice, cozy and pleasant stay

very nice host, she showed us a few spa&termal spots on the web, very clean apartment, good heating system, beautiful nature, we even got a bottle od wine when we check-out. I really like when there are a sponge, tablets for dishing washer and disposal bags are in the kitchen.

could be 1 or 2 cooking pots more in the kitchen.

Perfect family stay — great staff, fun activities, and ideal location near Lake Garda!

We stayed at Bertoletta Village Apartments for 15 days and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist and give great advice about local activities. The facilities were wonderful — our kids loved the free bike rentals, playground, and small livestock area. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive from many top attractions around Lake Garda. Highly recommended for families!

Everything was amazing! We highly recommend staying there! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, we didn't get tp use the pool as the weather was cold, but it looked great.

Wonderful apartment with beautiful scenery

One of the best places we have ever stayed! As soon as we arrived, we said that we hadn't booked long enough (we were here 7 days). Every single member of staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us, including texting us directions when we were out walking in Peschiera! We loved the peace, the safety for the kids, the quiet pool (no one reserves sunbeds and everyone sleeps in!), the pool in the evening, the farm, the walk through the vineyard to the lake.... even the laundry facilities were lovely to use! We saw the pool getting cleaned everyday. And such a very laid back vibe all round. We felt welcomed and at home as soon as we checked in, and felt really valued as we left, and really couldn't recommend this place enough. The staff really are second to none.

The only thing which was a bit of a niggle was that we didn't feel like the apartment was quite as comfortable for 5 of us as it could have been - the living area, kitchen and outdoor space were quite small, but fitted the cost of the accomodation.

Amazing stay, would be happy to go back !

It was all perfect, such needed getaway from scorching heat. Spent the whole time in the pool. The property is surrounded with beautiful vineyards. The stuff was very kind and helpful.

There were loads of flies around but we were told it’s not usually the case and there has been an issue with the close by farm.

Beautiful and peaceful family break

Beautiful picturesque surroundings, very clean, large apartments and only 15 minute walking distance the lake. Lovely little farm, my daughter absolutely loved feeding the animals every morning. Take plenty of 1 euros for the animal feed. There are two supermarkets nearby, a lidl and behind lidl is an Italian supermarket Conad which I definitely recommend! In reception they sell wine, water, ice creams and you can order fresh bread to be delivered the following morning. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they gave us lots of information on local transport options and discounts at local restaurants. They also sell discounted tickets for the local theme parks. There are two vending machines behind reception selling snacks. They have a few games and a park to keep the kids entertained. Overall a very pleasant stay. We will definitely be returning.

Mattress was a bit too hard for me however everyone else found them very.comfortable. Swimming pools were extremely cold, we visited in May!

Very nice place operated by very kind stuff. It's nice that you have pools and another option to spend some time in between other attraction in the area. The yard is very beautiful and the location is near a lot of attraction for the children There is always enough space in the parking which is also important

I think that supplying a toilet paper during your stay is pretty basic. We are 5 people family that stayed for 6 nights so getting only 2 toilet paper without refilling it cause us to go and buy a package in the supermarket. Guess there is first time for everything :-) But still it didn't damage the vacation and the stuff was 100% kind and helpful - this is the place rules.

Very nice luxury accommodation in a beautiful location. There was a supermarket nearby and it was also situated a couple of kilometres from the station which made our trip convenient.

Fantastic stay

Fabulous pools and surrounding area which were never busy, even when the apartments were full. Very quiet with plenty of room for BBQs or eating outdoors. The apartments were a great size with good amenities. Very friendly team, and very helpful. Our kids loved the goats and the chickens, and visited them many times a day!

It's not easily walkable to town (although it is to the supermarkets) which was totally fine with us but might not suit others.

Fabulous for a family with parents, grandparents and two little ones age 6 and 3. Pool, space, animals to visit, large living area and outside for eating and playing. Excellent assistance from the hosts. Office attended regularly and everything dealt with efficiently and with a smile. Lovely, friendly staff.

It was difficult without a car as we couldn't walk to town with the children. Taxis easily booked from resort or at Information Centre in town but added to the cost of the holiday substantially. Not easy to come and go as we felt like it. Walk to the grocery store was a little uneasy on a narrow road without a footpath, so only done when necessary. No microwave or iron available. Washing machine in office block needed euros to operate. Not hard to do.

Not good value for the money. Everything in the appartment feels dramatically cheap, like the student hostel not that you stay for 400 eur per night. The conditioner cannot ve regulated normally (its either too cold everywhere or too hot, as there is one remote control for all conditioners in the appartment). The pool facilities do not correspond to the photos on the webpage (pool is much smaller than it appears).

We loved our stay at Bertoletta, really ralaxing and good service. Transportation could be better.

We are a family of 6 and were able to get a big appartment (2 rooms and a sofabed) so it suited us really well and we had a terrace. Everything at Bertoletta was really nice, relaxed and safe and the appartment was really clean when we arrived. The service was superb, everyone were so nice and helpful and answered all our questions. The pool area was comfy ... kids could play in the pool and we could lay in the sun without things being to crowded, playing table tennis etc. It was great to be able to order fresh baguette / Croissant for breakfast and buy icecream, a cold water, soda, beer and wine during the day.

I would say that better beds would make a hugh difference, the mattress in the main bedroom was f.ex. far to hard/stiff. Little things like fixing creaks in the doors and offer more food to order in the reception since it takes at least 10 minutes to walk to the next supermarket. We did not have a car and transportation was a bit difficult f.ex to get a taxi back home when going out for dinner etc. The bicycles came in handy when going to the supermarket but difficult to carry a lot all the way in the heat.

Great place, fantastic staff, highly recommended..!!

We were 4 people including a 6 year old child and stayed at the Bertoletta Village for three days. We had a wonderful time. The apartment was very good and above expectations. It was renovated, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. In particular we liked the staff who was not only helpful with everything, but provided for a fantastic sense of hospitality and kindness. Matia,Andrea and the other staff were key to making our stay at Bertoletta one of the best parts of our vacation in Italy. Highly recommended!!

Lovely stay

We liked our apartment very much. It was spacious, clean, well equipped. We also loved our little terrace, the big garden, and the swimming pool. Location was great. The staff was absolutely lovely.

A coffee machine would have been nice. Also, from the pictures it looked like that the apartment was more private.

The place was really really nice, 2 swimming pool , 2 parking and very quite . We had the apartment close to the reception. Very big and nice with all the amenities needed. The staff were very nice and trying to help whenever was needed. My son loved to run around and feed the goat and animals as they have also a small farm. Beautiful place.
