Komfortowy nowy apartament, świetna lokalizacja w pobliżu jeziora Garda.

Nowy budynek, apartament na parterze, estetyczne nowoczesne wykończenie. Komfortowa sypialnia, duża łazienka. Duża przestrzeń dzienna z kuchnią, komfortową sofą (rozkładaną) do siedzenia i spania dla dwóch osób.

Mały minus, apartament jest połączony z sąsiednim apartamentem drzwiami (były zamknięte na klucz), ale niestety przez drzwi dochodził hałas od sąsiadów.

Appartamento molto carino, dotato di tutti i comfort. Staff disponibile.

L'appartamento all'arrivo non era pronto, doveva essere pulito. Siamo entrati di pomeriggio inoltrato e l'abbiamo trovato molto sporco. Peli e capelli, dentifricio nelle mensole, cucina con piano appicicaticcio.

Die Lage ist doch sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt, ohne Auto geht das nicht, es gibt 2 Fernseher abee nur italienische Sender

Tegenvallende luxe door allerlei mankementen

Ruim appartement

Weinig luxe, veel kleine gebreken en mankementen zoals kapotte koffie pergulator los wand contactdoos in keuken, bedlampjes wc rolhouder en handoek standaard, regendouche half verbogen, douchecel stukken af en veel kalk aanslag. Geen code voor zwembad ontvangen en geen toiletpapier aanwezig.

Pool jederzeit nutzbar. Ordentlich und sauber. Zugang per PIN sehr angenehm.

Sehr hellhörig, zwei Tage Party in der Nachbarwohnung. Nach Info an den Vermieter keine Reaktion! Backofen laut Ausstattung gibt es nicht. Ziemlich weit fußläufig ins Zentrum!

Sonnige Zeiten

Die Wohnung liegt etwas abgelegener, was uns in der Hauptferienzeit super gefallen hat. Denn der Rest des Ortes war einfach nur überlaufen. Wir konnten den Pool jederzeit nutzen, was super war. Außerdem brauchte man keinen Schlüssel, da alles per PIN-Code funktionierte. Alles war gut zu erreichen und ein Lidl ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Komfortables Bett. Modernes Badezimmer. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück mit verschließbarem Tor

Leider waren noch Essensreste im Gefrierschrank und Kühlschrank. Der Wasserkocher stand noch voll Wasser und es war im allgemeinen nicht wirklich sauber. Die Fotos täuschen, der Pool liegt seitlich neben dem Hausband man muss über die öffentliche Straße dorthin. Was nicht weiter problematisch ist. Der Weg zum Zentrum ist weit. Eine Zwischenweg ist durch ein Tor geschlossen.

Super Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und die Lage ist auch gut…man ins zu Fuß in 10 min imZentrum. Bett und Ausziehcouch waren beide sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist auch cool.

Fantástico apartamento con piscina privada

Urbanización con piscina privada, parking en la puerta de la casa, muy tranquila ubicación. La piscina es únicamente para los dos apartamentos y es una maravilla. Pequeña pero suficiente. El piso de la terraza de arriba tenía 2 camas (una individual y otra doble). El sofá cama tuvo un problema y el propietario hizo todo lo posible porque nos lo solucionaran y aunque tardaron 2 días, se solucionó y se puso usar. El apartamento estaba limpio, había algunos bichitos porque está en una zona fuera del centro con más zona de campo pero es inevitable. Había lavadora y menaje en la cocina.

No había jabón ni champú. Solo había jabón de fregar, estropajo, balleta y para el lavavajillas. Papel de baño si que había y toallas y sábanas también había.

Locație curata, aproape de market, piscina a fost super.

Am stat 5 persoane, nu am avut lenjerie suficienta, nu am avut detergent de rufe, săpun sau gel dus sau sampon la toaletă. Nu am avut saci mici de gunoi la schimb pt coșul de la bucătărie/baie. Canapeaua cam uzata, nu se prea putea dormi pe ea. Nu am avut cuptor, decât cuptor cu microunde.

Nastanitev je na top lokaciji, ima privatno parkirišče.

1. Zelo umazano stanovanje: Tuš kabina po mojem mjenju ni bila nikoli očiščena. Črna umazanija je bila na ploščicah, fugah in okrog in okrog stekla tuš kabine. ZELO OGABNO! Če ne bi sama očistila apartmaja ob prihodu, bi bilo bivanje nemogoče. Tudi kuhinja bi bila potrebna temeljitega čiščenja. 2. Zelo slaba izolacija stanovanja. Soseda slišiš, kot da ste skupaj v istem prostoru. Vsak premik, pogovor, jok otrok, igranje otrok, hojo , skratka popolnoma vse. Zelo moteče.

Küchenutensilien sind ziemlich zusammen gestückelt Wenn man Kochen möchte wird’s etwas schwierig wenig Töpfe (einer wurde sofort nach Anfrage gekauft und uns gebracht wir hatten nur einen) nur eine kleine Salatschüssel

Niewyspany.

1. Budynek jest nowy i dobrze zadbany. 2 Wejście na kod, nie potrzeba kart i klucza. 3. Bardzo dobry i szybki Internet.

1. Basen jest niepodgrzewany, przez co uniemożliwia kąpiele, ponieważ woda jest zimna. 2. Apartament jest przedzielony z drugim apartamentem tylko drzwiami przez co wszystko słychać sąsiadów. Wieczorne imprezy sąsiadujących nie pozwalają na spokojny sen. 3. Jedno z łóżek znajduje się w kuchni, jest niewygodne i skrzypi. 4. Brak wystarczającej ilości pościeli. 5. Fatalna lokalizacja, aby dojść na plażę nad Jezioro Garda trzeba iść ponad 1km przekraczając ruchliwą dwupasmową ulicę. 6. Brak piekarnika.
