The location is excelent -near the bus station, the lake and Cappucini beach, all the restaurants and a bike rental.
The AC should be installed in every sleeping area as it was a hot week when we visited. If it is not so hot, the property is excelent- an excelent Kitchen, excelent access to everything and very clean!

The communication with the owner was excellent, its a good location in a quiet neighbourhood but still the city center is only a few minutes away... The apartement is quite big and comfortable...
The building itself is not directly on the street, its behind the street buildings so we were wondering around until we found it... we would expect to have our beds prepared but we had to prepare them ourself...

Good location, easy access to the lake!
We didn’t have a car so it was a fair distance to the geocery store. There is only aircon in the lounge and one of the fans in the bedroom didn’t work well. I hope the host took on our feedback and has provided another fan for the apartment
