Wonderful place to stay, has everything you need!

We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely book it again. The area is really safe and the location is great, just a short walk away from the shore. The apartment is fully furnished. Everything we needed was readily available and communication with the host was easy and friendly. It was also really clean and the host even had cold water waiting for us in the fridge, which was really thoughtful on those hot summer days.

The TV wasn't a smart TV but that's just a minor inconvenience.

Good location near to the lake and city centre, clean swimming pool. Apartment with all equipment- wasching machine, dishwasher. Close to Gardalend. Parking space.

Location is superb. Host was responsive. Accommodation is clean and tidy.

The pool rules are harsh if you are travelling with children - you aren’t allowed any balls, inflatables or fun in the pool. The apartment lacks some basics - no tea towel, door mat or grater.

Excellent apartment, superb facilities including the pool, and great location for exploring.

Excellent location - near the town but not right in the centre. Brilliant facilities - the pool is staffed by a life guard with lots of comfy sun loungers; very peaceful and clean! So handy to have the passes and swim hats in the apartment! When we arrived it was great to discover water in the fridge, and tea, coffee, salt, sugar in the presses - a lovely touch. All you need for cooking is provided - lots of pots and pans, plates, cups, glasses etc. Very good communication from Anna all the way from booking, check-in (including on-line check-in prior to arrival) and check-out.

Apartment is a little cramped for 6 adults but clever use of storage space helps!

Relaxing, comfortable family stay, in clean apartment with great swimming pool.

Very clean, comfortable beds, view of pool, lovely clean quiet pool area, green gardens with flowers and trees for shade. Helpful host gave us a lift to the train station when no taxi company could be secured in time.

AC did not work so we only had the fans to use.

Peaceful, safe, and CLEAN !!

Anna was a great host, answered any questions within minutes of asking...Check-in and collection of keys was simple ! Location is ideally close to the town of Pescheria..

Didnt bother any of our group , but it is top floor so prepare for some stairs ...( only 3 flights, great for working off that extra pizza ;-) )

No super market in the area that we could find close by the apartment was self catering and we did not have a car as we did not need one close to the bus and train station.

Worth the money

The property has everything we need: tea, coffee, iron, washing machine and dryer, coffee maker and toaster. The host was very attentive and nice, he took time to explain everything.

The only downside for us was the location, better to come with a car. It takes around 10 min on foot to the historic center and around 20-25 to the station.

Great location!

The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the center and about 7 minutes to the beach. There is a big free parking available, which is great if you rent the car. Check in is possible at any time, they is just left at reception. The room had all we needed.

Even though the map and instructions were left for us, it wasn't too easy to find the room as there are no numbers on the walls, so you need to go close to each room to see the number..took us about 15 minutes to walk around and find ours. We also could not get hold of anyone to ask the questions on the late check out options, and our e-mails were not responded either...

Excellent!

The location is excellent. Walking distance from the town centre and the lake. There is a wide variety of restaurants closeby. Supermarkets are a few minutes away. The accommodation was excellent value for money.

I find it difficult to criticise because the only negative point were the restrictions on use of the swimming pool due to Covid 19 rules which is clearly out of the control of hosts.

חוויה מדהימה, המיקום מעולה (הליכה קצרה ממרכז העיר) אבל שקט מאוד! החדר היה מאוד מרווח ונקי, כל דבר שביקשנו אקסטרא (כמו מגבות ועוד נייר טואלט) קיבלנו במהירות ועם חיוך מאוזן לאוזן נסיעה קצרה מאוד לסופר קרוב לקניות גדולות טיילנו הרבה בנסיעות מהמקום ותמיד כשחזרנו הייתה חניה (לא משנה באיזה שעה) היה פשוט מעולה

הגישה לחדר הייתה עם גרם מדרגות - לא נגיש עם עגלה זה קצת הקשה, אבל למרות זאת הסתדרנו וזה לא השפיעה לרעה (יש חדרים נוספית שכן נגישים, אבל כנראה לא התאימו לצרכינו בגודל)

Gestore simpatica, attenta e disponibile. Pulizie top. Posizione perfetta per visitare la citta, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e pochi minuti di macchina dalle maggiori attrazioni.... piscina bella e organizzata

Struttura molto vecchia e appartamento molto datato. C'è aria condizionata ma le mura non sono isolate e il caldo trasudava da tutte le pareti. Materassi datati e sfondati quindi scomodi, passate ore insonni. A 180 euro a notte e dormire con i comfort di un campeggio non è ammissibile....

On pense y revenir

La résidence se situe dans un endroit calme et cependant à proximité du centre-ville (10minutes à pied). Accès aisé. Pas de problème de parking au sein de la résidence. Piscine propre. L'hôte nous a mis à disposition certains produits nécessaires tels sel, sucre, café, produits vaisselle, produit lave-vaiselle, ... .

L'accès à la piscine de 10.00 à 19.00 heures, seulement. Personnellement, j'aurais préféré que la piscine demeure fermée 1 heure durant le temps de midi mais accessible jusque 20.00 heures.

Tolle Ferienwohnung für ein paar Tage in Peschiera

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung im Gebäude der Rezeption. Zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles, was man benötigt. Toll war auch der Balkon mit Holzüberdachung. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber kleine Gerichte ließen sich darin kochen. Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Wir hatten sogar zwei Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung. Vor dem Fenster gab es auch ein Fliegengitter. Das Schwimmbad ist von 10-19 Uhr geöffnet, es besteht Badekappenpflicht. Badekappen und Schwimmausweise gibt es in der Ferienwohnung. Der Bademeister war sehr freundlich und ordentlich. Alles war am Poolbereich sehr gepflegt. Von der Anlage aus ist man in 5-10 Minuten im Zentrum. Der Markt ist nicht weit weg. Zum großen Supermarkt sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ein paar Meter entfernt. Allerdings fährt der Bus 483 nur einmal in der Stunde. Zum Bahnhof benötigt man ca. 25-30 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben die Wohnung für 6 Tage gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und können Deutsch. Die Anlage war zu unserer Zeit Mitte Juni ruhig. Vom Straßenlärm haben wir im hinteren Bereich der Anlage nichts mit bekommen.
