Ottima posizione tranquilla. 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Accesso a via privata con parcheggio. Appartamento 3° piano no ascensore di recente ristrutturazione, ambienti ampi e confortevoli. Riscaldamento con termosifone, e condizionatore a pompa di calore. Bella terrazza coperta. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Contatti wattsup rapidissimi..
