Casa se afla intr-o zona linistita, aproape de centru, are terasa atat la parter cat si la etaj, loc de parcare. Bucataria e dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie. Am primit din partea gazdei un cod de reducere pentru achizitionarea biletelor pentru Gardaland si Movieland. Raportul pret/calitate e foarte bun.
Canapeaua de la parter ar putea fi schimbata cu una mai confortabila. Presiunea la apa de la lavoarul din baia de la parter a fost foarte scazuta, dar ne-am descurcat :)

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Man erreicht das Zentrum von Peschiera in 5 Minuten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und in einigen Bereichen wurde wohl auch renoviert. Die meisten Untensilien die man benötigt (z.B. Küchengeräte und -aússtattung) waren vorhanden, wenn auch teilweise von minderer Qualität. Positiv war auch, dass die Wohnung über eine Waschmaschine verfügt.
Die Wohnung ist für erwachsene 4 Personen einfach zu klein (max. 2 Personen). Für das Erdgeschoß gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die aber entweder nicht richtig funktioniert hat oder ab gewissen Temperaturen einfach unterdimensioniert ist. Im Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock gab es überhaupt keine Klimaanlage. Die Dusche im Bad ist eigentlich eine Sitzbadewanne, in der man kaum richtig stehen konnte bzw. ausreichend Platz hatte. Schade war auch, dass weder für die Terrasse im Erdgeschoß noch für den Balkon im Obergeschoß irgendwelche Sitzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung standen. Wollte man abends noch draussen sitzen, musste man mit den Stühlen vom Küchentisch vorlieb nehmen. Alles in allem war die Wohnung für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben (>2000 EUR) einfach zu teuer.

On the surface, this was a nice property. From the outside it looked a charming, slightly olde worlde sort of house. On entry, it was lovely and clean, with some charming features and spacious rooms. Also, it was well-equipped with kitchen equipment etc. Communication with the (I think) management company was good, with prompt, polite responses. They also provided some good tips about local restaurants (although we didn have time to try them all!). Some more info on places to visit would have been a nice touch. Finally, the location is very good - about a 10 minute walk to the centre down a hill which is by no means steep for when you want to come back up. All good so far, but see the "didn't like" box.
Let's start with the shower, which I think's appeared in other reviews. This was very poor. It's one of those old fashioned hip baths, and a very small one at that. Standing in the shower, there's just about room for your feet on the flat surface. We're about average size, so how anyone 'big' would cope, I don't know! As for anybody elderly or not very mobile - forget it. It should be replaced as a matter of priority.
Next - electrics. Plug sockets are the flat-plug-with-2-round-pins variety. In the kitchen is an extension cable with 4 sockets allowing for the standard (I think) round 2 pin plugs you find in Europe. These 4 sockets power the WiFi router, microwave and kettle. In addition, the hairdryer provided has a round plug, so you need to bring that down to the kitchen to dry your hair! An overloaded socket is an obvious worry here.
Now the stairs. There's a single, sticking out bannister rail in the middle of the 180 degree bend on the stairs. This is so wobbly that it looks like it would collapse in a strong breeze. Perhaps not a problem as the rails attached to the walls around the sides of the stairs look pretty solid. They are, with one exception, right at the same corner as the rickety sticking out rail in the middle. This wall rail isn't fixed to the wall properly, so you can just pull it straight off the wall! One day, this could result in a serious fall and needs to be sorted out.
Outside space (a ground floor patio and a first floor balcony/terrace) is large and would be lovely in the summer, but ... (A) There isn't enough outside furniture, either upstairs or downstairs (B) The awning on the upstairs balcony is broken and looks like it has been for some time (C) The property is quite close to the main railway line - appreciate you can't do anything about that.
Not things you can contact the hosts about and get fixed quickly, but hope they read this and take some action.
