The apartment is part of a complex, giving you access to the swimming pool, which was enjoyed especially given the heat at the time of our visit. There is a small balcony, which provides a nice morning breakfast spot.Sufficient space for our group of 3.

Lage zur Altstadt. Alles notwendige in kurzer Entfernung (Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) erreichbar. Personal und Kommunikation mit anderen Urlaubern völlig unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ausstattung war gut. Pool war sehr angenehm, wenig Chlor-Einsatz, Liegen + Sonnenschirme immer ausreichend vorhanden (trotz sehr starker Belegung), gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme untereinander. Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Lage zur Hauptstraße führt zu höherer Lärmbelästigung (vor allem Motorroller/-räder) —> Schlafzimmer jedoch ruhig, nur Schlafmöglichkeit für Personen 3+4 relevant. Küche etwas klein, bzw. Nicht optimal nutzbar (z.B. größte Gasflamme direkt am Lichtschalter—> teilweise schon angesenkt). Parkplätze sehr schmal, jedoch ausreichend vorhanden.

Loved the location. Five minutes walk to the lake front and bus stop. 25 minutes walk to the train station.
15 minutes walk to supermarket or a mini market by the lake.
Plenty of reasonable food options within a few minutes walk.
Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine which was something we booked for.
A lot of evening and late noise in surrounding apartments. Noisy neighbours out on balconies. Not this apartment owners fault but the noise really does travel late at night when others are out on nearby balconies being loud.
The day bed in the lounge area was not comfortable to sit on of an evening due to no back support or cushions.
Kitchen needed a deep clean.
The sink top dishwasher was a nice touch but took a lot of space.
