This traditional Riad very old and recently renovated will seduce you with its tranquility and comfort; from the patio of 33m ² with its fountain and its pool of refreshment to its large inviting terrace of 75m ².
Located in an authentic and picturesque area, one of the oldest in Marrakech with a daily market, many small shops open at all times.
this fully equipped Riad offers the following advantages:
- less than 15 minutes walk from the Jemaa eL Fna square and many markets and souks along the way to get there.
- permanent access to taxis since close to a door
- guarded parking 24 / 24h 5 minutes from the Riad
on the ground floor -
1 entrance with a cellar containing a safe
the big Patio of 33m ² (which is covered from the end of October to the beginning of May) its fountain and its pond
1 library lounge with TV (satellite) - Wifi box for permanent Internet access
1 living room with fireplace, sofa + 2 armchairs
1 dining room (8 seats)
1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fruit press, toaster, crockery, cutlery, iron and ironing board)
1 bathroom with Tadelakt shower and toilet.
All rooms on the ground floor open onto the interior patio.
Living rooms and dining room are equipped with heating-

1 large bedroom with 1 double bed 140 cms and 1 extra bed 90 cms, living room + bathroom and toilet + small outside patio on gallery

1 Double room 140cms bed without bathroom (bathroom on the ground floor)
1 separate WC
All rooms are equipped with sheets and linens + towels. Shampoo and hair dryer
all rooms are equipped with air conditioners and individual heaters.

Large 75m² terrace with double solarium, dining area under pergola for 8 people, summer kitchen, Weber Barbecue, Shower, Deckchair and Parasol,
LEILA our housekeeper is present every day except Sunday from 9h to 15h 30.
She will serve you the breakfast included in the price displayed.
She can also cook for you (with extra charge)
It ensures at our expense the daily maintenance of the Riad.

Overall we have trully enjoyed the stay at the Riad. It is a lovely and comfortable traditional house in the middle of Medina. 4 comfortable rooms leading to the courtyard, with a really nice and private terrace to enjoy the sun.
Laila, who took care of us, is amazing. She is warm and lovely and the best cook in Morocco and she trully made our stay special. We felt pampered and cared for.
As for the location - I guess we were romanticizing the idea of the old Medina a bit. In reality it is real and authentic with its thousands of years of history and life. Not out of the movies, but out of real life, with stalls with bread and vegetables, meat, chicken (some still alive and some already not), and anything tradeable that one can think of. The main street is always packed with people, but the street of the riad is quiet and empty.
It is about 15 minutes walk to the main market and 3 minutes walk to the main road where the car can pick you up from.
Overall, we trully enjoyed the vacations.

Après plusieurs séjours à Marrakech nous avons découvert pour la première fois la vie à l'intérieur de la médina, c'est une expérience à vivre intéressante .
