A small detail, but I actually really liked the thick towels provided and the toiletries provided smelled delicious. Check-in was conducted in a very nice way, they brought fresh tea and biscotti cookies. Staff was very gracious.

The kindest staff ever, Jamal made sure everything we needed was provided for us immediately, and he patiently answered all our questions, and he was super kind and patient with our toddler too. The hotel was lovely, we loved a dip in the little pool, breakfasts on the roof and the location was fantastic.
