Riad les Ammonites and Spa

We loved this place. It is a magical and quiet place, very very beautiful. It only has a few rooms which makes it special as opposed to a busy place with many guests. The room was so beautiful and also everything else. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We ordered food and it turned out super delicious, much better than what we ate at high end restaurants in the city. When you order food, they cook it from scratch and it takes a bit of time, but the result is amazing.

The alley leading to the place was a bit dusty and narrow, but once you get past that alley and open the door, you enter an amazing different world.

Ayoub is the most attentive and caring manager! He picked me up from the taxi drop off spot, ensured a smooth check-in and offered me some late dinner even if the kitchen was closed. The local breakfast and coffee were excellent! I appreciated the beautiful design and decoration of the riad and rooms!

Clean and great staff

The staff at this Riad were exceptionally helpfull and went above and beyond for us on a number of occasions. The room was HUGE and well presented and the gardens were beautiful. Unfortunately the Wifi did not meet expectations and was extremely slow and there was an issue with drainage in our shower that left a rather unpleasant smell each time the facility was used but we think this is more to do with the heritage of the building rather than cleanliness as all areas were outstandingly clean. The Riad was incredible value for money and we would stay again if there was improvement to the Wifi.
