Traditional rooms, wonderful staff

The staff were really kind and helpful all the time, they went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The place was calm, common spaces were comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast was great. The airport pick up and drop off work smoothly. The phone with internet is a plus for the chaos of the city. Fresh water was always available.

The service was exceptional, super helpful before and during our stay, really responsive and friendly. They include transfers and also give you a phone so you can navigate Marrakech. It is a 25 min walk from the centre but in a quiet neighbourhood, definitely worth the £5 taxi or the relaxing walk to get back at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They provided excellent recommendations, helpful guidance, and even arranged taxis for us whenever we needed them since the property is 20 min from the central square we preferred to take taxis at night. The property is a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. We especially enjoyed the relaxing pool, the lovely tea salon, and the beautiful terrace. Breakfast was excellent, and every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. My friend took a Moroccan cooking class with Hamza, which was a highlight of our trip. We also had dinner at the property, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend staying here. The warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our visit truly unforgettable. Thank you Mohammed, Hamza, Laila....you are people to keep in our hearts, shukran lak ya earabi.
