The staff was absolutely amazing and the property was clean and the service for luggage and food was exceptional. Karen was especially helpful in coordinating assisting and advising. Her communication was exceptional.

All the staff were wonderful — always smiling, friendly, kind, and welcoming. During my 4-night stay, every time I came back to the riad, they greeted me warmly, and it felt almost like coming home. I felt very safe, relaxed, and happy throughout my stay. The room was also cleaned carefully every day, which made my stay very comfortable.
The Wi-Fi was quite weak inside the room, so I often had to go to the courtyard to get a better connection. It was a little inconvenient, especially at night when I was tired.

Unstable shower water. Cannot control the temperature of hot water from shower. And lots of ants on the bed
