Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet. Nagyon finom volt a reggel. helyi különlegességeket készítettek számunkra. A 3. napra már azt is megjegyezték, hogy isszuk a kávét és a teát :)
A szállás kifizetésével nem voltak teljesen tisztában. Azt mondták nem fizettük ki, pedig a booking már levonta. Ettől függetlenül természetesen tudtuk rendezni a dolgokat.

Prachtige riad met mooie binnenplaats en dakterras. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal en bediening, lekker ontbijt, smaakvolle inrichting. Ideaal gelegen in de medina. Een echte aanrader!
De Franse eigenaar Nicolas gedroeg zich onbetrouwbaar. Ik had geboekt via Booking.com met betaling bij aankomst maar hij bleef aandringen op betaling per overschrijving vooraf. Na veel zeuren aanvaarde hij dan enkel Marrokaanse Dirham. Eenmaal aangekomen gaf hij de manager de opdracht te melden dat er een dubbele boeking was en werden we verplicht te logeren in een naburige riad van veel lagere kwaliteit. We konden uiteindelijk 1 van de 3 geboekte nachten in riad Hermes verblijven. Het werd goedgemaakt met 2 gratis koffies en cocktails.
