It was spacious and comfortable, fully air conditioned,well maintained and clean with all the facilities available in it.The staff was very nice and friendly very respectful they made our stay pleasant for us.The location of the hotel was very nice only a few minutes walk from the Center square. I am very impressed and pleased with the Staff and their hospitality and definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech to consider this hotel.
There was nothing wrong with Riad HISSAN at all.

Very central location.
Pictures don’t match the reality. The room smelled mouldy. I had the worst night in Morocco, you hear everything in the riad, every sound, every door, every single word from the other people in the Riad.
