The best thing about the property was the location and the wonderful staff. They were very helpful and accommodating when we requested the room change
The first room we were given was not nice, very dark and not clean. Many things inside wasn’t working, the safe, the lights. Bed was on the top floor and the bathroom was in the lower floor. Very inconvenient. We requested room change and they gave us a much nicer room, bright and convenient. The room description on Booking com not very informative when choosing options
