Luxury and a surprise once you open the front door

The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. Each evening they asked when we would like breakfast and even offered to make us an early breakfast prior to an early morning excursion. The communication was excellent as well. The facilities, room, and accommodations were excellent. They even offered to book us transfer to and from the train station and meeting points for excursions. The room was beautiful and had ample lighting and a/c. The location was also wonderful and wasn't too noisy or crowded in the medina.
Nothing, I thought everything was wonderful

Beautifully decorated, very authentic and clean, luxury bedding and nice touches with mint tea and almond cake served. It was also nice to have tea and coffee available in the bedroom. The staff were very polite, super helpful and attentive and made our visit very pleasant. Breakfast was superb served on the beautiful, good sized rooftop terrace which has nice sun loungers, plenty of shade and parasols and a small plunge pool.
Everything was great - I recommend having some music playing low on the rooftop terrace, as it was very quiet.
