Staff above all! They are AMAZING! Super welcoming, supportive, kind, nice, helpful and super available. Breakfast also is very good, my friends and I enjoyed it a lot every morning: rich, freshly made and tasty.

Very lovely staff and a beautiful breakfast! Mehdi is so so kind and gave us many recommendations for where to eat and what activities to do around Medina!
The area at night doesn’t feel quite safe but otherwise it’s in a quiet area that is a close work to the main market / souks.

Our stay here was very relaxing and welcoming after a long few days travelling. We were met by Omar who was very friendly and hospitable, offering us tea and refreshments. The breakfast was also excellent! Our room was very clean and exactly what we wanted.

- Medhi was really nice and always trying his best to support us or responding to our questions.
- Overall the rooms were clean.
- First night we have been given the room on the groundfloor which did not have any light and was more noisy than the others. Hovewer, we have been given another room for the following days.
- The jacuzzi was not working.
- Breakfast was okay but it was different everyday depending on the availability. For instance, first morning we had a fresh orange juice, the day after no juice, then fresh and for the last day bottle juice.
- The neighborhood can be a bit suprising at first but within 15mn you can easily get to more touristy areas.
- The rooms are very noisy
