I had a very comfortable stay. Ahmed the manager was welcoming, knowledgeable and good humoured. The riad provided me a well located setting for my short work trip. The kitchen staff were very smiley and hard working. I look forward to returning.

Close to top attractions and accessible. Great breakfast, very filling, too much to eat and quite yummy. Friendly staff, quite homely.

The staff were super kind, supportive and welcoming. Ahmed kindly arranged a memorable surprise for my daughter’s 21st birthday, with a beautiful bunch of flowers and a lovely homemade birthday cake made by one of the wonderful staff members. They brought the cake and flowers after breakfast and made her birthday feel incredibly special and memorable. Melko, the jolly cat, was the icing on the cake! He was so cute and adorable and certainly added to the charm of our stay. Sabri was incredibly kind and accommodating, as were all the other members of staff. We absolutely loved and admired the beautiful architecture of the riad. The rooftop was wonderfully peaceful and serene in the evenings. The air conditioning was brilliant, as was the shower, and the location was perfect—very convenient and easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to visit. We greatly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return and explore more of beautiful Marrakech and other parts of Morocco. This is just the beginning!

The property was decorated nicely and I enjoyed the feel of the riad. It was a very nice and quiet little place on the outskirts of town and don’t expect to meet anybody because I only ever saw the person that checked me in.

The spa is cash only which isn’t an issue as I understand most places only accept cash, just wish they advertised that beforehand. The location isn’t great as it’s on the outskirts but it’s still pretty walkable, just a bit far and sketchy towards the night time. Also, I scheduled a taxi through the riad who at least showed up at the exact time to take me to the airport which was great, but upon leaving I was unable to find anybody to check out with. I ended up having to leave as I would miss my flight otherwise. I tried contacting them through WhatsApp, booking.com, went through every room that was open, and even yelled a little bit to see if anyone was around, but no one so unsure what the reason was as they knew I was checking out at that time since I literally scheduled my taxi to the airport around that time through them.
