The staff was absolutely kind and helpful, and helped us with everything we asked for. The place is located close to the entrance of the souks (markets), maybe in a 10 minutes of walk, also the place is close to one of the main gates (Bab Yacout) which is a great location as a pick up and drop off point if you want to book programs via Getyourguide (as we did). We ordered the room with breakfast and we got traditional Moroccan breakfast and was always a bit different each morning which made us eager to see what new things we are going to try out the next morning. Also we ate in the restaurants which was also delicious. The room was clean, comfortable, large, and had a modern AC system, the cleaning staff always made sure on each day that the place was clean. The Riad is also offering shuttle services which we took and was always great, punctual, and well equiped for 5 people. The breakfast is served at 8 in the morning, but we had some booked programs at early, but the Riad could managed to preapare a small breakfast and coffee for us at 7:20 so we would not leave the place for the program with an empty stomach. After checking out, they were really kind to let us leave the luggages till we came back for the ordered shuttle ride. Thank you for everything, wish we meet in the future again!
The Wifi in the rooftop rooms was a bit weak, but nothing really significant comes to my mind, everything was great!

Wow! What a great accommodation! Close to the Medina gate, making it super easy to access taxis and explore the area without getting lost. The riad itself is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful courtyard pool, delicious breakfast, and exceptionally friendly, attentive staff who made us feel at home throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakesh!

It was super clean, beautiful decor, the breakfast was lovely and it was not too far from the Medina.
The air conditioning wouldn’t get very cold, and even on the lowest setting, the room was still hot. The clip that held up the shower head was broken, which made it annoying to have to hold the shower head by hand when showering.
