Riad Charaï

A very warm welcome from all the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Extremely courteous and hard working. Very comfortable beds and rooms.

This didn’t spoil our holiday but the drainage was very slow in the shower. To be fair we did not mention this at the time. The breakfast was enormous and they made a real effort with home made pastries and breads, personally I would have loved a bit more fruit and yoghurt. Again not a real issue but the riad is a little walk from vehicular traffic so we had a bit of an issue ordering taxis as our data didn’t work well as we couldn’t organise a precise pick up area. The staff again were brilliant and on a couple of occasions accompanied us to the pick up spot (only a couple of mins away). Take an old fashioned street map!

Initially hard to find but very common issue with most riads

One of the best places I’ve stayed. It was the perfect distance from the Medina so easy to walk in and out, the riad was so peaceful, very safe and I loved the pool which was a lot bigger than most Riads and in the sunshine most of the day. The room was beautiful and loved that it had a TV with Netflix and a little fridge. The best thing about the stay was the staff who were so friendly and helpful.

The shower filled up quickly and the area can feel a little rough around the edges at night but this didn’t bother us.
