Riad l Ayinn in the heart of Marrakech.

The Riad is very nice. Well decorated with a wonderful atmosphere. It is located in the northern part of the Medina in a local area, a little apart from the touristic places. Saida is a very nice housekeeper. The two bedrooms in the second floor with windows to the inner court are quiet.

The two bedrooms in the ground floor are now quiet at all. You hear every noise from the street. But the worst is the very strong smell of cat urine. Next to one of the bedrooms is a place where they feed cats. We didnt use this bedroom and kept the shutters closed to this bedroom so the smell would not come to the living area.

Typisches Riad (Gebäude mit Innenhof und Brunnen), keine Fenster nach Aussen sondern zum Innenhof, dadurch sehr ruhig. Jedes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Schöne Dachterrasse mit 2 Liegen und verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Sehr angenehme Gastgeberin. Sie hat für uns zuverlässig das Grossraumtaxi von und zum Flughafen organisiert. Sehr zu empfehlen, da ohne Ortskenntnis der Gebäudeeingang schwer zu finden ist. Auf Anfrage wird ein typisches marokkanisches Frühstück serviert (5 Euro). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

Vybavena kuchyně, čisté a pohodlné postele, fungující pračka na střeše, výborná snídaně. moc milá paní domácí, která nám zajistila tradiční hammam a byla ochotná udělat snídaně před 8. hodinou ranní.

El alojamiento lo entregan muy limpio y ordenado con dos llaves, a unos diez minutos del centro del zoco, con una señora muy amable y gentil que habla francés, inglés y árabe y que te gestiona incluso los transfers.

Una vez entregado el Riad la señora no se preocupó por nada más de nosotros, no había gel de baño ni champú, solo un rollo de papel higiénico por pareja para los cinco días, no había servilletas, no llamó ni un solo día por si necesitábamos algo, ofrecía desayuno a 5€ por persona pero cuando se lo pedíamos agradecía que no se lo pidiéramos al estar haciendo Ramadán y estar cansada y estar mayor y 2 días que lo pedimos sobre todo el último por la hora de salida que coincidía con el transfer no se le veía buena actitud, no pasaba por la casa ni para retirar las bolsas de las papeleras, en fin muchas cosas que mejorar en el servicio aunque las instalaciones muy bien.
