Clean, comfortable, really helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice breakfast.
There is one nicer room with a private terrace overlooking the little courtyard. A nice roof terrace - but many stairs to access! And you can't have a beer or a glass of wine whilst relaxing! I think that is usual unless you select an hotel.
The access to it was a bit daunting, quite a walk. A taxi will drop you at an entrance, a man with a barrow will take you to the hotel. Reasonable mobility needed (and trainers). We were accompanied initially, but I found it a bit dark in places. This is very usual in the Medina however.
No licence for a beer, again I think this is usual.

this riad is beautiful and comfortable, breakfast is good and service is kind! we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.
just a couple of things:
at night, after dinner time, it becomes hard to find your way back to the riad cause a lot of market doors in the medina close down so it is complicated to get back, we always had to get help from a local and tip them!
another minor thing is that you hear a lot the noises from other people walking around in the riad, so if you are a sleeper it may not be the best for you!

La gentilezza e la cortesia dello staff, in particolare il giovane responsabile dell’accoglienza che ha colto e soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Colazione e cena top. Stanze pulite e cambio asciugamani giornalieri.
Il Riad si trova nel profondo centro storico per cui è consigliabile solo se in gruppo o accompagnati.
