Clean, comfortable, really helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice breakfast. There is one nicer room with a private terrace overlooking the little courtyard. A nice roof terrace - but many stairs to access! And you can't have a beer or a glass of wine whilst relaxing! I think that is usual unless you select an hotel.

The access to it was a bit daunting, quite a walk. A taxi will drop you at an entrance, a man with a barrow will take you to the hotel. Reasonable mobility needed (and trainers). We were accompanied initially, but I found it a bit dark in places. This is very usual in the Medina however. No licence for a beer, again I think this is usual.

this riad is beautiful and comfortable, breakfast is good and service is kind! we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.

just a couple of things: at night, after dinner time, it becomes hard to find your way back to the riad cause a lot of market doors in the medina close down so it is complicated to get back, we always had to get help from a local and tip them! another minor thing is that you hear a lot the noises from other people walking around in the riad, so if you are a sleeper it may not be the best for you!

Il Riad si trova nel profondo centro storico per cui è consigliabile solo se in gruppo o accompagnati.

Quiet location in the medina. Historic building good breakfast

The facilities in the room are poor. Whilst the rooms are small they could still be equipped for guests much better. Small fixes would make such a difference to a stay. It is not enough to be told you saw the room in the photo when you booked! There was no accurate description. Beware there are really really steep stairs with no hand rail up to all rooms which make the rooms entirely unsuitable for anyone with even minor mobility issues. If you are a couple (not a solo traveller ) this room is way too small it is. It is a Room with a bed in it. No chair, no where to put anything in the room or in the bathroom. Don’t take a case you can’t fit it in or put it anywhere! Don’t even think about a mirror oe somewhere to sit and put your make up on!If the host had just slept in their own room they would understand the problems and fix them. We left early due to the problems. They didn’t seem surprised so I feel this isn’t the first time this has happened. Needless to say so refund could even be discussed for our lost 3 nights
