riad rose eternelle

The location was fine and especially the host was truly a pleasure. Mohammed was fantastic at helping with our needs, and he even followed up on our taxi situation at 2 am in the night to ensure everything was good

The room was not sound-isolated, so it was quite noisy inside the room. And the room was a little smaller than expected

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ahmad, who made me feel very welcome and well looked after. He was always available and came directly to help me when I arrived at the meeting point and called him ( you will be treated as a proper guest). The location is excellent - only about 3 minutes from the main road and around a 15-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and other interesting places in the Medina. It’s also easy to walk to the Riad. The Riad has an old, traditional character.. but it was fine because I enjoy authentic and antique places. Overall, I had a lovely stay and really appreciated the warm hospitality and helpfulness of the staff, who made me feel home.

The AC sound is so noisy and the darker room, I love sunshine.

1. Great Location - a few hundred meters to the north of the Secret Garden. 2. Great host who communicated throughout and was super helpful. 3. The riad has character and it was lovely to see the inside of a traditional Moroccan home. Given the hustle and bustle of the souk, step inside Riad Rose Eternal and it is calm, quiet and peaceful. 4. Aircon, hot water and wifi were all brilliant. The shower was fantastic - very hot water what ever the time of day. 5. Delightful sun terrace provides a place to relax, read a book or gaze over the Marrakesh rooftops. 6. Value for money was fantastic
