The staff are fantastic, location is difficult to find. But very handy to everything. Breakfast was beautiful. Liked the little pool. It was nice to cool off.
Location was hard to fine. Room not private as on the bottom floor.

The staff were very nice, the breakfast was fantastic, it had a great rooftop for relaxing in the sun and a small pool inside. The riad was very clean and tidy and serviced daily and we felt safe here.
The wifi did not work at all during our stay. The location was a bit difficult to find and we got lost using Apple Maps - much better on google maps. The light did not work in our toilet. The riad could be quite noisy at times with people coming and going so would suggest bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Clinton, Ahlam and Leeza were amazing and really made our stay extra special.
Finding the property was really difficult and we would have benefited from clear instructions when our booking was confirmed. The safe in our room was only partially functional and the air conditioning unit made some strange noises.

The location of the Riad was great (in old town, basically in the middle of the zouk) and the staff was super-friendly. Extra kudos for Ahmal who was all the way super-friendly and even made a cake for us.
The room has little ventilation due to the small window, so the air can get stuck easily. Our room was also on the ground floor, which was really close to the breakfast area, so it got noisy during the morning.
