Everything was incredible. The Riad itself was beautiful, charming and very well kept. It was always clean and cared for. Our room was just as amazing. The highlight of our stay were the staff. Hamid and the woman (didn’t get her name!) who worked there were kind and extremely helpful. They served a local breakfast for a time of your choosing and gave tips and advice. At the end of our stay, he carried our bags to the main road to get a taxi and made sure we got a good price. We tried to take the bags but he refused and continued anyway. If there’s any reason to stay it is Hamid alone. The rooftop was fantastic and again very well decorated and cared for. Location was a little confusing when we arrived at night, but once we did the walk in the morning it was very easy and a perfect place to enter the souks.
Absolutely nothing. Perfect.

The location was fabulous and the Riad was beautiful, authentic and a real oasis of calm and peace. I loved the rooftop pool, beautifully done and very tranquil. The hosts were excellent and took very good care of us, organising our transport from and to the airport. Very clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent.
We loved it all and would highly recommend .

The People. They were impeccable. They are very welcoming and accommodating. That is the highlight of our stay. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the night manager, the cook and the owner exhibited genuine graciousness. They made sure we were looked after. If you have any issues, all you have to do is ask. They will deliver. And im sure that The Riad is amazing when its not raining or freezing. You should go and see the rooftop overlooking the tops of surrounding houses and shops of the medina. The have a nice spot to chill ( on a sunny day) and a pool as well ( im not sure if ot was heated).
I suppose the Riad is not built for cold or winter season as there is no proper insulation and considering that there is an open patio in the middle of the property does not really help. Since it’s an open layout, it was raining when we arrived so the place was a bit slippery. should we stayed here during the summer, this probably would have been perfect. Bedroom. Cold. I guess, considering the season, the property could have prepared more heaters duvets for the incoming guests to be comfortable and cozy. In fairness to them, they had one heater/ radiator inside but it was not enough for a massive room. And the beddings we had was probably the same for all seasons until we sent an email voicing out our concerns and the next day, we had thick blankets and another heater which solved our problem. Also, it was a bit dark even though all the lights were on. Maybe its for the ambience, but i think for what the guests are paying, they could add more lights and let the guests decide if they want it bright, or mood lighting. Since it was cold, having breakfast out in the patio was such a struggle for us. And Speaking of bfast, i find that for what we paid, there was not a variety of food contrary to the reviews i read before booking the property. Just a suggestion, the property actually have a “living room” where they could place heaters on the ground floor which they could serve breakfast when its raining or freezing. So guests will be comfortable having breakfast and not hunching while eating. The bathroom, cold. Also, i think that guests are paying enough to get at least free shampoo/ body wash and fresh looking towels. Not those that have already signs of usage for many years. I hope the management would consider the suggestions to improve customers satisfaction while staying at the property.
