Riad Tizou

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this beautiful riad in Marrakech! ❤️ The atmosphere was amazing, the place was lovely, and the hospitality truly made our experience special. A special thank you to Ismail, who was absolutely fantastic! He was always kind, welcoming, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. His kindness and professionalism made us feel so comfortable and at home throughout our stay. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The staff were amazing overall, and their warm hospitality made our time in Marrakech even more memorable. If you’re looking for a beautiful riad with exceptional service and genuinely lovely people, I highly recommend staying here! Thank you, Ismail, and the whole team, for making our stay so special. We would definitely love to come back! 🇲🇦✨

The decor was nice and the staff were friendly.

The room was too small, and the air conditioning did not work effectively, leaving the room uncomfortable and the bathroom very hot (the AC was not working in the bathroom). We also disliked the location. Access was through a dark, narrow alley where motorcycles sped past extremely close to pedestrians. We frequently had to move out of their way, which felt unsafe and made coming and going unpleasant. Although we paid for four nights, we left after just one and booked another riad. It was much nicer, cost about the same, and was in a far better location, more open, safer and closer to Jemaa el Fna square.

Good accommodation which for the location and price was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful getting into and out of the riad. Had good responsiveness from the staff 24 hours. Breakfast was delicious! Room was as expected and nice. AC was good.

Nothing, everything was generally great, not as extravagant as some other 4 star riads but it was perfect for the price. Would stay here again!

the staff were nice and as our flight got cancelled and we missed out on a day they let us have a late check out and it looked pretty.

it was super cramped and it felt like we had a curfew at one point when we got asked what time we will be back as we are going out late. the AC isn’t very strong so we was always hot. the bathroom kept flooding everytime you would take a shower. you can’t just walk in as you please you do have to knock to enter. the breakfast was limited however traditional. where it is located down a alley way is not convenient. we felt kinda far from a lot of things and tucked away.
