Ok property, well photographed. Good staff. Terrible coffee. Breakfast so-so. Located in the medina, where it seems that 70 percent of the population is foreigners.

Absolutely wow. From the extreme warm welcome form the host to its absolutely unbeatable location. You are so close to the main Medina but won’t be interrupted by noise. Temperature levels very comfortable. The host and all staff were so kind and engaged in conversation with you even if it was dificult. Breakfast was expectional. Airport tranfer to closest road and the host came right to meet me took my bags and walked me right to the riad. This is an absolute steal for the price I paid. Thank you so much Ridouan

This is a great place in the heart of the Medina. It’s conveniently located and it’s very quiet inside. The rooms are well stocked and cleaned daily. My day was very relaxing and enjoyable after long days of sightseeing.
