All the staff were very nice and friendly. Abdel was spectacular! We arrived nearly 10pm, good thing we asked for a shuttle otherwise we would be lost looking for the riad on the first night. Abdel explained the easiest way to remember which was amazing. We were few mins away from the souks, our room was upgraded (very pretty room!) breakfast was lovely. Spent our last night in the rooftop, we had free tea. Everything was spectacular. Will def come back.
Nothing. Just be very careful when going back quite late at night in the riad.

The staff are amazing. Very kind and helpful. They helped us understand Marrakesh and even gave us some advice on where to go. They are amazing specially Abdemalek.
It was easy to find and a security guard helped us find the place and made us feel safe.
