Riad Pistache 135m2 in der Medina mit Terrasse

Excelente ubicación, recibimiento y trato del personal.

Lo único malo es que el aire acondicionado del dormitorio de la segunda planta no funcionaba bien. La pareja que iba a dormir en esa habitación tuvieron que subir a dormir a la habitación que quedaba libre en la ultima planta que era mas pequeña y tenia dos camas individuales. También he de decir que no fue comunicado al anfitrión, no queríamos molestar.

A very good and very very pretty property. There were plenty of rooms and a bathroom on each floor. The host was lovely and responded very quickly whenever contacted, even though I hadn’t given an exact arrival time. The place was reasonably clean. The rooftop was especially nice, perfect for having tea in the morning or evening, though a bit too hot during the day. The Wi‑Fi was mostly strong throughout the property and the speed was good. The location was great as well, right inside the souk. Great for shopping but be prepared to walk. Overall, I was very impressed and it exceeded my expectations.

There were only a couple of small things we would have preferred. I personally would have liked a bidet, as it’s something I’m used to having when travelling in Marrakech. My little sister also wished there was a TV in the room, not essential in the least, but it would have given her something to unwind with in the evenings after exploring the souk. I really liked the rooster too but some of my companions did say it was bit annoying. Other than the rooster it was pretty quiet. These weren’t major issues, and they didn’t take away from the overall experience, but they’re worth mentioning for future guests.

Die Unterkunft war optimal für uns 4 Mädels, jede hatte ihr eigenes Zimmer. Die Lage war optimal in der Medina, ruhiger in einer Seitenstrasse gelegen, aber in wenigen Gehminuten durch die Souks auf dem zentralen Platz el Fna. Alles war super sauber und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird.

Das Frühstück war gut, hätte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.

Muy buena ubicación, está prácticamente dentro del Zoco y eso es realmente una gran ventaja. Aunque transitar por el zoco cuando las tiendas están cerradas da sensación de inseguridad, realmente no hubo ningún problema. Las camas son muy cómodas. Nos ofrecieron un te de bienvenida. Nos organizaron excursiones y traslados al aeropuerto con puntualidad y buenos medios de transport, incluso reservándolos con muy poco tiempo de antelación. Por estos servicios no cobraron nada por adelantado.

Las toallas están muy, muy estropeadas. Los servicios que oferta el Riad en booking incluye la limpieza diaria, pero en los tres días que estuvimos nadie fue a limpiar, no hicieron las camas, ni cambiaron las toallas. Vimos excrementos de roedores; si bien es verdad que al estar dentro de la medina y del zoco (zona antigua de la ciudad) puede haber roedores, de hecho hay muchos gatos en la calle, creo que deben fumigar para asegurarse de que no entren en el alojamiento y sellar cualquier rendija por la que puedan acceder. En el techo de los dormitorios había unos huecos adornados con maderas policromadas en los que se veían rendijas por donde podrían entrar.
