Staff are great. Very helpful and warm.

Found a bed bug in the room which gave me a little panic attack, staff was very helpful and changed sheets immediately.

Riad was beautiful, well decorated, rooms are spacious, clean and very well located with in the Medina.

Great location to access the souks. Mint tea and cake on arrival a nice traditional touch. Lots of lovely Moroccan features throughout the building. Pool was very cold but nice for a refreshing dip for a few minutes after a day walking. Staff were friendly. Lovely smelling products in the rooms. Lovely plants throughout the riad. Internet worked throughout the property well. Flexible check in times and late checkout time is great.

1 of the beds was not comfortable to sleep in and my wife did not get a good night sleep as bed mattress dipped in the middle. Lack of lamps in the bedrooms and a mix of bright white and warm lights did not help with ambience in the room we were in. There were no robes in the room or fireplace as listed for the room on booking.com. The water pressure was poor preventing a decent shower. The bath plug was taken and bath taps made disabled to prevent having a bath. On enquiry to the manager, this was to do with a water shortage, yet the listing boasted a bath in the room and we were not informed prior to arrival that the bath would not be operational. We had brought things for a nice bath but were not able to use them. Breakfast was tasty but was served at 9am only, would have been good to have more time options for breakfast as we wanted to get out early to explore. Breakfast consisted mostly of cake and breads, butter, jan and syrup. The listing showed fruit but we did not get any, one day we had yoghurt as well as bread. The roof terrace looks a bit rundown compared to the listings, with plants looking ragged, dead and less cushions, and nice touches like the photos. Felt a bit like that they have not kept up with maintenance, repairs and the riad has slipped from when they took the photos or wrote the listing.
