Absolutely lovely staff, very helpful. As a solo traveller this location was amazing
The solo room is located on the ground floor. Many guests didn't realize there was a room so my mornings were interrupted by guests sitting at the table in front of my room and talking. A sign on the door to please be respectful of the guest in the room would help. For a short stay the room was perfect but because of the noise from other guests I wouldn't stay there longer. I imagine that the other rooms were perfect, so if I were to return I would book one of those.

Standard breakfast, thank you
We did not receive our invoice. Looks like we were charged twice (kindly look into this). When we canceled our dinner at the Riad at 3pm which is only 1 hour after ordering, the Riad refused to cancel the diner and charged us full price, then told us we could not take the food with us the next day for the road. So they charged us and we didn't get the food. Not good.

I have stayed in many riads before but this one was the absolute best yet! Beautiful inside, amazing location and the staff look after you so well! When I return to Marrakesh I will stay here and I cannot wait to return! I also booked a “massage tonic” with Amal and she was wonderful, I highly recommend booking with her for an additional treat during your stay!
Not applicable, I do not have anything negative to say! It was all fabulous!

Perfect location in the middle of Medina but relatively peaceful. Staff was absolutely lovely, kind and helpful. Overall Riad had a pleasant decor, good vibe and it was well maintained.
This stay made me realise that riads are probably not for me. First of all - they are true echo chambers, no soundproofing at all. You can hear everything, starting from 6.30am prayers to late midnight check-ins . Aircon was not working, room was steamy, hot and dark. Shower had traces of mould and mildew. Bed was very uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on a budget sofa.
