Abdul, 'Cous Cous' and Habibi were so helpful and made me feel welcome. The suite was gorgeous, comfortable bed and super clean. Great location for accessing souks and restaurants. Delicious breakfast ! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What’s not to like? Beautiful and comfortable rooms, amazing staff, great breakfast every morning. Riad ILayka has to be one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. And Hospitality at its finest. I was made to feel like I was in my home. But also had a staff that was attentive and anticipated our every need
I can’t think of a negative thing to say about Riad ILayka.

Location
The lady working at front desk was rude and not helpful as we enquired about our money that was scammed when paid to the Riad.
They have not at that stage made contact with booking.com and only after we insisted that we need feedback did she phoned the owner who replied: its not our problem!!!
We still have not had any other reply since we left and are we of the opinion that the Riads platform was hacked on booking . Com and therefor they should take some respnsibility.
Wouldnt recommend anyone to stay there as no assistance would be forthcoming if anything happened with your booking.
We had to pay another nearly 900 Euro to keep our booking.!!
Very sad indeed. Rather stay at a bigger hotel with infrastructure and people who have empathy with their guests.
