Staff was amazing and the place was very well maintained and beautiful

Barroom issues with broken basin and flush, had to use common bathroom

Il riad è molto bello, si raggiunge facilmente e dista pochi minuti dalla medina e dalla piazza Jama el Fna. Si respira pace e tranquillità all'interno. La posizione è ottima perchè non è all'interno della medina, ma vicino. Le stanze sono larghe e pulite, la colazione anche è ottima e abbondante con prodotti freschi. Lo staff è gentilissimo, ci hanno accolto facendoci sentire a casa, un giorno abbiamo chiesto la colazione da asporto anticipata e ce l'hanno preparata al momento. Abbiamo usato anche la piscina che era sempre fresca e pulita. Riad super consigliato e un grazie speciale a tutto lo staff fantastico e molto professionale che ci ha accolto facendoci sentire a casa! Se tornassimo a Marrakech verremmo sicuramente di nuovo qui.

La stradina per accedervi è buia ma questo vale in tutta la città. State attenti e non tornate troppo tardi, non abbiamo avuto nessuna esperienza negativa però bisogna essere prudenti e seguire semplici accorgimenti come evitare i momenti in cui la città si svuota.

Le personnel est vraiment adorable, le petit déjeuner délicieux et le service de rangement de chambre est vraiment parfait. Malgré le fait que le logement soit au cœur de la médina, il est vraiment hyper calme. Je recommande ++ Merci à Mehdi ainsi qu’au reste de l’équipe !

Pas de réel isolement des fenêtres ce qui fait que si toutes les chambres sont occupées, il est possible d’entendre les autres locataires. Pour les personnes au sommeil léger, prévoyez les bouchons d’oreilles.

It only looks good from the outside.

It looks decent on the surface, but the details are poorly executed. The rooftop jacuzzi was filled with water and turned on, yet the walls of the tub were shockingly dirty. There are so many flies in the dining area that it’s impossible to eat.
