It's a little luxurious boutique riad. With 7 rooms. I was travelling with my son. All the pictures are like the reality. The environment and the atmosphere is splendid with Aircon in every room. The neighbourhood is pretty local, so if you are not from the rural Eastern Europe you might think the streets are a bit off. I loved it, that is not some artificial environment, a few blocks are still in ruins on the way because of the 2023 earthquake. But this location also gives you the calm piece of mind, with no noises. We had a very quiet stay even during the night. Sometimes the wind is coming from the tanneries that's the smell you can feel, but it's everywhere in the Medina depending on the wind. Even they don't advertise they are child friendly. He got severely sick, they helped us organise a hospital (which my insurance company was unwilling to do), even through the late night. Their recommendations about programs, local prices and sight seeing, if you didn't organise also worth it. The breakfast staff only speaks proper French and very little English, for me it wasn't an issue, they are like good mothers in the first day you have the full plate and if they see you love something more, they might leave it out the next morning all the untouched products. 😅 So it was sweets mostly for my son and fruits. I think skipping a language barrier would have solved it. Breakfast starts from 8am, and they are here all day around. You are always good for a mint tea, and if I understand correctly you can even ask them to have lunch/dinner here. Every floor with common areas has a restroom. I also booked an in-house hammam, which was splendid as well. They have their own line of product, which you can also find in the master bedrooms shower We did Start-Trips used this accommodation as a base, so for any pick up point it's also in a very good distance (6-10 minutes walk) We needed pharmacy, Two is very close and they had everything.

The water pressure in the shower sometimes is low, but I think that's also a common issue all over the Medina, reading other comments before booking.

The service from the staff is always good, with hospitality all the time

The size of the room is a little bit small, toilet area is too close to the bed, will cause embarrassment occasionally
