Riad Romance

Staff were amazing and such a lovely setting when inside the Riad. Helpful and generous with their time, the food was also amazing and perhaps the best meal we had was in the Riad. Airport taxi was arranged both directions and nothing was too much to help us all have a relaxing and stress free holiday.

Nothing to say for this, the whole experience was superb

The outstanding, hard-working staff who always made themselves available went above and beyond the call of duty. God bless them.

Because we reserved late, the only available room next to the pool on the ground floor felt like an old servants quarters. Cramped, cold, a little dim but serviceable. I prefer simple rooms and the price was right. Thankfully there was a working space heater and an extra blanket. And the warm water worked eventually.

The staff at the Riad was wonderful. They were always very responsive and there to help whenever I needed it.

The bedroom was small

Staff were very helpful . Younness was responsive as was the man in reception.. Staff very very nice and helpful but the riad needs some investment Very Understaffed at breakfast. Poor man really couldn’t cope alone. He had nobody to help him I wanted a cup of tea which took half an hour. He was managing breakfast for 4 people, a guest checkout and a guest check in all at the same time. Walkable to all in medina. - But scary down the alleyways on approach to the Riad but opens out onto pleasant enough Riad. I wouldn’t want to return there without my husband. This is not for single women. Nice roof top

No kettle or fridge in the room. I booked a family size room but it felt squashed so no idea what the other are like It was clean enough but felt shabby.
