Riad Romance

The Riad was perfectly located, it was extremely clean and quiet and all the staff members were friendly and polite.

The Queen bed was made out of two mattresses and I kept “falling” in the dent in the middle of the bed. It was uncomfortable.

What a wonderful place to stay, Samira is so welcoming and is committed to making your stay as easy and pleasant as it can be. The staff are delightful all greet you warmly & everyone treats you with respect & care. The pool at the Riad is most welcome in the afternoon when you have spent most of the day exploring the sights & sounds of Marrakech. The Riad is in a good location and easy to find with Samira’s wonderful little map. I would recommend a stay here if you are looking for a wonderful holiday, they severe a very good breakfast to set you up for the day, nothing is too much.

Staff were amazing and such a lovely setting when inside the Riad. Helpful and generous with their time, the food was also amazing and perhaps the best meal we had was in the Riad. Airport taxi was arranged both directions and nothing was too much to help us all have a relaxing and stress free holiday.

Staff were very helpful . Younness was responsive as was the man in reception.. Staff very very nice and helpful but the riad needs some investment Very Understaffed at breakfast. Poor man really couldn’t cope alone. He had nobody to help him I wanted a cup of tea which took half an hour. He was managing breakfast for 4 people, a guest checkout and a guest check in all at the same time. Walkable to all in medina. - But scary down the alleyways on approach to the Riad but opens out onto pleasant enough Riad. I wouldn’t want to return there without my husband. This is not for single women. Nice roof top

No kettle or fridge in the room. I booked a family size room but it felt squashed so no idea what the other are like It was clean enough but felt shabby.
