Nice and spacious room, great decor, and nice areas inside and on top of the riad. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was good, although a bit spread out over time. I personally prefer to focus on omelette and not so much bread, but the omelette arrived 40 minutes after the bread. Staff is very friendly and helpful, although the kitchen ladies mainly speak french. They even carried up our breakfast to the terrace one morning when we asked for it, even though there were quite a few flights of stairs to negotiate.

Since we arrived after normal check-in time, the agreement was for us to call when we were approaching Marrakech. We texted and called repetedly, and our driver must have called at least 20 times without answer. When someone finally answered, the driver was told to just drop us at a junction and have us find our own way to the riad. I travel to Marrakech 1-2 times a year and this is the first time the riad couldn't be bothered to send someone to meet us with a cart for the luggage. I fully understand that the car cannot drive all the way, but we would have appreciated being met. Once arriving at the riad, the guy at the desk was immersed in his phone, makin it a bit ironic that there was no answer to our attempts of contact. After that everything was great and he was very helpful and friendly.

The place is gorgeous, and the staff super helpful. We loved our room (incredibly well decorated and clean) and the rooftop was incredibly nice as well. I'd live here if I could, ha! But...

The area (maybe the fact that we arrived super late contributed to that) made us really feel... in danger. The atmosphere totally changes when you cross the door and you find yourself in this beautiful Riad, but still: if you have to find and reach that door by night, you'll need a minimum amount of street cred.

A nice property with good terrace spaces and nice furnishings. Kitchen/fridges are available in common areas and our room had a good size and furnishings.

It was very difficult to communicate with staff, late monosyllabic responses. The location is problematic, behind a building rubbish heap, which can be a good landmark when you’re looking for your way back but maybe not the sight you’d like to see. We didn’t manage to get warm water in the shower. Atmosphere in the house somewhat subdued.

Location. Hard to find without internet connection.Taxi couldn’t take us to the hotel due to road restrictions so we had to find it ourselves. Bit stressful with cases and chaos of narrow roads and scooters! Would have been helpful to have known this beforehand with directions from the hotel
