Everything was super clean and tidy. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Very welcoming, polite and warm. The rooms were excellent. And we had a great lunch (tajine).
There wasn’t any easy accessible plugs to charge the phone and the room was a bit dark, no tube lights and only lamps.

Ayoub and Hakim were the best. Truly, they went above and beyond coming to get us, complimentary breakfast, informative and dropped us off. 10/10 property was insane too, a quieter place to the others we have stayed at so I loved it even more.

The Riad was really comfortable and modern. Also the staff was kind and helpful.
The location is hard to find as there are no signs of it and the enterance is in a narrow alley.

The host assistant Khalid was very friendly and helpful.
The location was good.
The breakfast was excellent.
Room amenities were good.
Room was nice but cold (we needed the heater on all the time - we visited in January).
There was noise late at night a few nights (our room was beside reception and the area where breakfast was provided- there was no rooftop dining given the cold/wet weather).
