Riad Houdou is an exceptional property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, visiting from the UK, and would highly recommend it.
The entire team are very welcoming and hospitable, in particular Abdel who took the time at check-in to give us a lot of useful information regarding the Medina and help us throughout our trip. No request was too big or small.
We were lucky enough to stay in the junior suite which was well equipped, spotless, a decent size plus had its own private stunning small courtyard and pool.
Conveniently located to explore the Medina on foot, it was a quiet oasis away from the occasionally hectic surroundings and peak daytime heat, feeling very safe and secure.
There are lots of other communal spaces/break-out areas to chill out in with a few nice touches - ice cold filtered water dispensers, board games and a resident tortoise and cat!
The is also a beautiful rooftop terrace which is a nice area to relax in and to have a dip in the pool. Breakfast is served up here, which is a mix of continental style but also cooked local pancakes/eggs. Everything was tasty and fresh.
