We found the service staff exceptional. They went above and beyond to look after us. They guided us on our visits and made all the reservations. The concierge organised a birthday cake for my husband's birthday... special touch!
On one day the hot water shower didn't work, but the staff fixed it quickly.

What an out of this world Riad! I have never stayed anywhere in the world where I felt so looked after. All the staff were attentive and wonderful! Through the little black door of the busy streets is Le Farnatchi, a little piece of heaven. Sophisticated and elegant. Pure joy!
