The common area is well designed with a small pool im the middle, overall very comfortable and quite. The room is well furbished, modern and clean, a bit of minimalist style.

Amazing service, rooms, breakfast

We spent a full week here celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday, and from the very first moment we knew we'd made the right choice. The riad is beautiful, cozy, and feels like a true oasis in the middle of Marrakesh. Our room was chic, spotless, calming, and full of soul. Badiaa and Saiida keep everything impeccable, and with their kindness and attention to detail, they made sure every day our room felt warm, peaceful, and welcoming. Thank you! Food was one of the highlights of our stay. Marrakech has incredible cuisine, but Halima’s and Rachida’s breakfasts are unforgettable. Every morning we left the terrace completely full and happy, unable to stop eating food prepared with so much love and care. They're true masters of their craft. The area is lively and intense, especially the main street with many motorbikes, but after 1-2 days you get used to it. What really makes it special are the people—from Ahmed at the kebab stand to the kiosk guys who checked on me every day when I was sick. It’s an authentic, colorful neighborhood, less touristy, and while the small streets can feel a bit intimidating at night, we never felt unsafe. Soulaiman, Aimad, and Mohammed made us feel genuinely cared for at all times. Their warmth, kindness, and dedication meant so much to us. Thank you for making my husband’s birthday so special, including the birthday song and delicious cake. Mustapha deserves his own mention. From the beginning, he went far beyond his role—sharing great tips, teaching us about Moroccan culture, and slowly becoming a friend. No matter how busy things were, he always welcomed us with the biggest smile, and a happiness that made us feel truly seen and cared for. Mustapha, you were a huge part of what made this week so unforgettable for us. You turned a beautiful stay into one of the best trips we’ve ever had.

We saw a few reviews complaining about the WiFi, and yes, that could be something a bit "negative", but honestly... Do you really want to be glued to a screen while on vacation when there’s so much to see and experience? Go out, explore, meet people, read a book, and disconnect from the digital world for a bit. Trust me, this alone made a huge difference in the quality of our trip.

Riad L’Atelier is a dream come true! I had two magical nights here after a very busy tour in Morocco. The staff were wonderful and so helpful, I felt so safe as a solo female traveller. The space is thoughtfully designed and very aesthetic, the pool area is perfect for cooling off in the Moroccan heat and the rooftop was so stunning for sunset. The food and iced tea were really great too. Couldn’t recommend more!
