Dar Akal

We had an outstanding stay at Dar Akal and would highly recommend it. The riad was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and felt like a true oasis in the heart of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after busy days exploring Marrakech. Having stayed in Marrakech before, one thing that really stood out to me was just how peaceful and quiet Dar Akal was compared to other places I have stayed. I am an incredibly light sleeper, yet I wasn’t disturbed by the early morning call to prayer or the usual sounds of the Medina. To find a riad that is both so centrally located and so wonderfully tranquil was a real luxury and something we appreciated enormously. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay, especially with my dairy allergy, ensuring I always had suitable options available for breakfast. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of our stay. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. This was truly a 5-star experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Everything was incredible. The serenity, calm and cleanliness of the place in the medina is impressive. The staff was even more incredible. Saïd helped us with activities, restaurants, spa and everything.

The kindest host, the beautifully designed rooms, the rooftop with a view on 3 mosques and the swallows flying over at dusk, the quiet inside the riad, we absolutely liked everything.
